We knew the area and exactly where the house was. Tanya Oosterhous made this whole experience easy and great. Can’t say enough good things about her.

I got to the house at night. No lights were on. High foliage which blocked house from the street. Easy to get in with code. But verydark. No privacy due to lack of window coverings. Kitchen is well equipped with dishes, pots. Keurig, no coffee provided. No dish soap or sponges, to do dishes. No ice maker. Will need to get bags of ice. Bedrooms with comfortable kingsize. Other bedroom had 2 twin beds very uncomfortable. No quilt orcomforter and it qas cold. 2 lapblankets only. Plenty of towels but poor quality. Plenty of toilet paper. Dont expect to watch local channels on TV. And you will have to sign in on your own account for streaming. Living room furniture is not suitable for sleeping and needs replaced. There were plenty ofligbts. Screened in patio with grill. We didnt find the Koy pond. Grass was high and yard over grown. Through the carport was a flintstone door to washer and dryer. It was advertised 2 baths but theres only 1 full bath with outdoor shower. The beach is far. Not a short walk. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.

We were looking for a little cottage to stay at while we organized our personal possessions after the recent storm, as our own little cottage was flooded. This was just what we needed, was convenient, efficient, comfortable and well located, as well as being a clean place to rest and recover. Thank you!

Spouse and son are insurance adjusters desperate for a place to stay after hurricane Ian. Host was incredible and made sure everything was working and comfortable. Hope to go again on vacation and stay here.

Charming home that is less than a ten minute walk to Vanderbilt Beach. Shopping and dining are short walks away as well.

This was a newer rental and it worked out well as a two bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen and quiet neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is located in the middle of several beaches. We enjoyed Newton Beach Park on Estero Island . Be sure you pay the parking fee or you will be Ticketed. Publix is right across the street. If you go to Wiggins, go to the last parking spot. That is also a beautiful beach to enjoy the water. People were fishing but the water was too rough to swim.
