We had a great time staying for 3 weeks at this beautiful condo. It had everything we needed to prepare a few meals. We did have a brief problem with the cable tv, but Hina got Spectrum over to fix the issue.
The view is stunning and we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony anytime during the day.

I’m local and going through a pretty difficult time during the holidays. The condo was amazing, very clean, well maintained with an amazing view. It was exactly what I needed for a nice Christmas staycation.

Was nice the condo was clean. The complex itself was well kept the view from her apartment is spectacular. The only deterrent is the bridge next-door little noisy, but not from the bedroom area.

My wife and I loved our little 2 night stay at this property! We saw dolphins both days from our balcony! The place was meticulously clean and very inviting! Couldn’t get the tv to work but a quick text was followed up with an immediate response to rectify the problem! Would definitely stay here again, thanks for a great visit!

Very nice unit with amazing view of the bay! Great location, everything was as described inside and out. Arrived during rainy 2 days so didn’t get to enjoy the pool but it was sure pretty to look out on! Owner very responsive even when I accidentally called her during checking in

We have fallen in love with this property! I am a early riser and while drinking my coffee both morning I watched the dolphins. This was one of my favorite things to see while there. We had a wonderful day at Pass-a-Grille beach and then a even better time at John’s Pass. We will definitely be back!! Oh, and the sunset from the patio was beautiful! Nothing better than a drink, holding hands and watching the sun set! Love, love, LOVE this property!!! Worth every penny!!

We were looking for a place close to home on the water for a quick get away. This was the perfect place. Comfy bed, full kitchen, nice balcony with a beautiful view and nice pool. It was close to Mederia beach and resturaunts. We will come here again.

My husband and I highly recommend this rental. Great view of Boca Ciega Bay. Has everything you need in all rooms. Comfortable king bed, plenty of towels, and kitchen accessories. A Keurig coffee maker would be nice, but the standard worked fine.Super nice pool right on the bay with great views. During our stay, most days we were the only people at the pool. Lots of great restaurants, a mall, movie theaters located very close to property. Plenty of very nice parking and even a lovely breeze the entire time of our stay. It is just as described.

This place was amazing . I normally like to stay on the beach but the bay was breath taking . The view from the condo was great . We seen dolphins daily . It is very quite and relaxing. Some days we had the pool area all to ourselves . The pool area is very clean. Madera beach is only a 7 mins drive. Multiple places to shop and eat . Target is walking distance if you wanted to walk there . Would def book again .

The condo was great and the owner was easy to work with. The view of the bay was great and while you can hear background road noise while on the balcony, you cannot hear it when inside so it is not a bother at all. We had fun watching the boats that were anchored in the bay or going back and forth from the marinas and of course, watching for dolphins and other wildlife. The owner included shampoo (which I fell in love with) and the towels were better than most hotels! We had a great stay and enjoyed our time away. Would definitely rent here again.

WOW! What an amazing place, decorated with the beach theme and it's gorgeous. Everything was clean and well maintained. Everything you could need to you busy,
dvd, board games, cable. All dishes/pans you could want. Really enjoyed how the sliding doors opened all the way up. Pool and hot tub where in great condition. Great location - close to everything. Best place we have ever rented!

I booked this trip at the last minute and had no problems getting confirmation and information. Check in was easy. The condo was very clean and comfortable. I loved the private balcony, with a nice view of the water. Good restaurants close by, as was the beach and shopping. For me, it was just what I needed! Will definitely consider staying again!!!

Thai place was fantastic! Great location overlooking Boca Ciega Bay where we watched the dolphins and stingrays daily from our balcony. There’s a delicious restaurant right next door. The place was clean and well stocked. Highly recommend!

Great views of the bay. Several dolphin sightings. One was 3 feet from the seawall. Only downsides were road noise and the fitness center was not great.

The view was awesome and the condo was very clean. Spotted some manatee one morning and dolphins on another day. Hina was very understanding and accommodating with a last minute request. Definitely recommend this unit and host. The location is also good because you have a lot of things close from grocery stores to fun activities. The only negative is the water pressure in the shower. When you have medium length or longer and thick hair you need good water pressure. Thank you Hina!

Great property, even better than described. Comes with everything you need for a short escape to paradise. The view is amazing, and the condo comes with all the essentials. the Bed and sleeper sofa were very comfortable. Pots and pans were all we needed as well as dishes and utensils. The restaurant next door has good food and great drinks.
There is also a Marina with boat rentals just on the other side of the restaurant. we did this for a full day rental and got to take in some amazing sites that you wont see from land and hung out at John's Pass sandbar for a couple hour collecting seashells.(I highly recomend doing this during a week day because we saw the sandbar on saturday after we had been and it was 5x packed as when we went on Friday.)
The pool was relaxing with a predominant retiree crowd, but still enough families with young children that everyone mixes and mingles well. Nobody seems to mind the younger ones(3-13) swimming around and splashing a bit(respectfully). Grab yourself a cheap cooler to take down with some beverages and sandwiches for lunch, you’ll never want to leave! Also, the ice machine in the fridge is awesome, we had a batch of fresh ice every morning for the cooler, plus drinks throughout the day!

We absolutely loved watching the dolphins, boats, and sunsets from the balcony. This property is located close to several beaches, we especially liked Indian Rocks beach. The property was clean and quiet. Our family also enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The condo was incredibly clean and had everything my husband and I needed for 4 days. Condo instructions, parking, check in/out details, etc. were straight-forward and easy to follow. Pool and hot tub were a fun bonus. We'll be back!

This beautiful spot was balm for my Michigan winter soul. The interior space is peaceful and quiet, the neighbors are friendly, the views are splendid, and everything needed is close at hand. The newly opened Doc Fords Rum Bar next door is a great dining and live entertainment venue…highly recommended!

Very nice, clean condo. Perfect for my husband and me. Hini was great to work with, very responsive to my inquiries, and took care of a minor issue very quickly. The condo had everything we needed. We even saw a dolphin one day while enjoying the balcony! Beautiful sunsets each night.

Recently lost my husband and just needed some alone time. It was especially good since I also came through Ian alone. It was very peaceful but still alive if you understand my thoughts. I could look down on the pool and watch kids playing or look out over the water and watch the boats drift along. All in all it was a good, yet private experience and just what I needed.

Property and grounds are spotless and in a great location. The condo is not large but for father/ son fishing trip was perfect. The unit is also spotless and very well appointed.The veiw from the balcony is amazing. There is traffic noise when on balcony but it did not bother us at all. We would absolutly stay here again.

Terrific Accommodations and Location!
We absolutely loved this property and will plan on staying here again! The condo upon arrival was spotless and had everything we needed. The view from the living room and balcony was gorgeous looking over the water. It was fun watching the boats going in and out, and there was a dolphin playing every morning right by the dock area. It’s not overly large, but very efficient with lots of thoughtful touches such as a tower charger in the bedroom where you could plug in all your devices. The decor has a nice beach vibe and is super easy to get to. I highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a quiet, clean, and relaxing space with a great view!
