The 4th bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet and is located towards the rear of the house making it convenient for the pool and patio. The main living space has tiled flooring is tastefully decorated with large flat screened TV and sliding doors leading out to the pool. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to make full meals or snacks which can be enjoyed in the dining area of the kitchen, breakfast bar or out by the pool.
