Just built, Seabatical is the first home at Pointe West with a private pool! Four bedrooms and an open-concept living makes this large home feel inviting and relaxing; it's great for family time! Cancellation: Guest receives 100% (Of what was paid minus the cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 90 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (Of what was paid minus cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds. Please Note: Must be 25 years or older to reserve & must stay at home. Rental agreement signed with mailing address, names and ages of everyone staying, govt. issued ID, selfie, & vehicle information required, no access even if paid in full. No events, prom, graduation, or parties of any sort with prior written approval. Additional fees may apply. The beach house is built on pilings. Guests must climb a full set of stairs to reach the first floor/main living area. Please contact us for properties with elevator access or bedrooms on the ground floor. Pointe West Beach Club: The use of the Beach Club is optional. It offers numerous amenities including, an infinity pool, children's pool, lazy river(heated in the winter), fitness center, concierge, and restaurant. The Resort is independently run and charges $25 per person, 4 years and older. The access fee is paid by credit card or cash directly to the Beach Club and is not included in rental rates. The community is easily walkable. Golf Carts are a great way to get around as well. However, golf carts dune buggies or any other types are vehicles are not allowed on Galveston beaches, dunes, or wetlands; this is city law!
