A large living area includes a new couch and chair set with plenty of space for your group to kick back after a fun filled day on the beach. Soak in some sun or shoot the ocean breezes from the oceanfront deck right off the living area. The fully stocked, updated kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals together with seating for 6 at the dining room table. The Queen bedroom is also located on the main level and includes a Queen-sized bed, private balcony, and smart TV. Head upstairs to find two additional bedrooms and the washer and dryer closet. The oceanfront master suite offers a king size bed, smart TV, plus incredible ocean views from the bedroom and from the private oceanfront deck along with a full private master bathroom including a custom walk-in shower. The bunk bedroom offers two twin beds, a twin over twin bunk bed with a pullout twin trundle and a full private bathroom with walk in shower plus a private balcony. On the lower level is the separate, cozy oceanfront studio apartment including a comfortable Queen-sized bed and a deep mattress fold-out futon along with a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The stocked kitchen offers a refrigerator, oven, stove top, microwave, Keurig coffee maker. A Large flatscreen smart TV and dining table with seating for 2 is also available for your enjoyment. Through the back glass slider doors is the studio’s deck, the perfect spot to cool off and listen to the waves crash after a fun filled day in the sand and sun. Right off the back porch is the walking path leading to the beautiful white sands and crystal-clear blue waters of Wrightsville Beach. A shared outdoor shower is also available and makes rinsing off the salt and sand a breeze. Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles and paid street parking is available nearby on a first come, first serve bases. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking. INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach chairs, bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment and are conveniently located in the exterior storage closet. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay.
