About this house rental
This 3 Bedroom house in located in a great spot. You can easily walk to town or take a very short 2 minute drive. There is boat parking and a double garage with a 2nd Freezer for the bait and all the fish you catch. Comfort is assured with Air Conditioning, the kitchen is well equipped and there is a 2nd bathroom downstairs for when you come straight from the beach. You will love the sun room at the back of the house for those morning coffees and the front deck for the afternoon drinks. Free WI-FI is also available. NB: Linen is not included. You will need to bring your own sheet sets and towels.

Property needs basic maintenance, lights & lamps not working. Also need a directions book how to operate tv/dvd etc!
