Located on a quiet cul-de-sac just a mile from the Westhampton village, you’ll find this idyllic beach house with 5 bedrooms. The half acre property includes an expansive backyard with a heated pool and grill, providing a private place to enjoy the sunshine and escape the city. Inside, over 4000 sq ft of space with plenty of room for the whole family to spread out, with 5 spacious bedrooms, including 2 on the first floor. The open-concept living room is filled with sunlight and features a smart TV and modern furnishings, then connects to the chef’s kitchen that is stocked with everything for a gourmet meal. This home comes equipped with everything you need to summer in the Hamptons, including pool floats, bicycles, and beach chairs. +++++++++++++ Bedroom 1: The primary suite provides privacy away from the rest of the house with a spacious bedroom room with a King size bed and bathroom with his and hers sinks, with a traditional style jacuzzi tub and separate walk in shower. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are large with king beds in each room. They share a jack and jill bathroom that similarly has both a shower and full soaking jacuzzi tub. Bedroom 4 & 5 are downstairs, one with a queen-sized bed and the other has 2-twin beds. These bedrooms share a full bathroom that is right across the hall. The great room is the main focal point of the house - with the living room and dining rooms connected and open to the large Kitchen area. The living room boasts a 10 ft long modern sectional and many comfortable chairs for sitting and entertaining in the space. It also has a 75'' LG smart TV if you are looking to watch TV or play music that can be heard/seen around the space. The dining room holds a large table that can seat 8 people comfortably with a large bay window behind you and dimmable lights above. The entire kitchen was redone with brand new cabinets and appliances less than a year ago. We live in the kitchen and love to cook - so the full kitchen is decked out with all of the tools and appliances (kitchen aid, vitamix etc.) you could want. In the basement are laundry machines, a small workout space with a peloton bike for your gym away from home. Outside, the backyard is fully fenced in with a full size heated pool for your enjoyment. We have lounge chairs and an outdoor dining set. There is also a grill which will be available for your use. For parking, the driveway is horseshoe shaped and has the ability to park 3 cars comfortably while still having a through lane for other cars. There is also access to a 1-car garage. About the area: We are located in Westhampton Beach just north of the Montauk Highway, on a quiet cul-de-sac, in a prime location within a 5 minute drive of the village of Westhampton Beach, the grocery store and the Westhampton train station. Additionally, all renters will have access to beach stickers, for a small cost, that give you parking access at Rogers beach which is 6 minutes away.

Great house….very spacious with all the amenities, though the nice pool and yard kept drawing us outside. Loved the neighborhood, too. Short drive to the beach, as advertised, and even shorter to all the shops in downtown Westhampton. Ted and Kyra were great hosts and easy to communicate with.

Ted and Kyra have a lovely decorated spacious home. It was very clean and a good location to get to the town and the beach . The large outside pool was heated but the solar cover worked so well we didn’t need to use the heater . The house was well stocked even including beach towels and sunscreen. There were 2 bikes available to use and a new Weber BBQ. We liked the location as it was also close to the North Fork where you can go to wineries and on a rainy day the Outlets. Ted and Kyra were always responsive to any questions we had and they were even so kind as to leave a bottle of wine and infamous Tates Cookies for us upon arrival. Overall we had a wonderful stay and are thinking of next year already!

My daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our week at this beautiful Westhampton house. Plenty of room for everyone, a wonderful chef’s kitchen and very comfortable beds. Ted and Kyra were very helpful the entire time. Great location close to Westhampton village and beaches. We would definitely return!
