Spacious, fully furnished condo near the strip. 1 block walk to Rio Casino & Resort, Palms Casino Resort, and public transit stations. Views of the Strip from the balcony. 2 min drive/taxi or 25 min walk to the Strip. 10 min drive to Allegiant Stadium and Fremont Experience. Easy access to freeway to reach other areas of the city! Includes free: - 24-hour security - Access to 2 pools, hot tub & 24 hour fitness center - Towels/linens - Wifi - Parking - Full size kitchen - Washer & dryer in-unit - Cable TVs Non-smoking but patio is available. No pets. 3rd floor condo with views! Not handicap accessible (no elevator). For travel nurses, techs, military/government personnel on TDY, professionals on extended business trips, etc who need to stay over 30+ days, send me a message to discuss price details. This property uses a video doorbell for the security of my guests and neighbors. Additionally, a noise monitoring device (Minut) is in the property to ensure the neighbors are not disturbed during quiet hours. It does NOT record actual sounds and conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). If you have additional questions do not hesitate to ask :-) Places nearby walking distance: - 24 hour Walgreens (with libations) - Chikfila - Wahoos (24 hours) - Denny's (24 hours) - Del Taco - The Rio Casino and Hotel, Gold Coast Casino and Palms Casino Resort (available 27 Apr) also have food courts and restaurants - The famous Las Vegas Strip with casinos. The closest are Caesars Palace and the Bellagio Entertainment 10 min or less away (pending traffic): - Additional Strip Casinos: Numerous casinos, fine dining, shopping, shows, nightlife and more! - Fremont Experience: My favorite place to visit - Allegiant Stadium: Watch the Raiders and other events - T-Mobile Stadium: Golden Knights games and concerts - Area 15: An entertainment complex. Great for food, activities, video gaming, and taking pictures/selfies - Town Square: Area with restaurants, shopping, and nightlife - Chinatown: Area for amazing food and fun bars to visit. Especially if you enjoy karaoke - Harry Reid Airport Other areas of interest: - Seven Magic Mountains (25 min) - Hoover Dam (40 min) - Grand Canyon (2 hours from West Rim/4 hours to South Rim) You will love my home! Came to stay with my family and some friends for F1 weekend. This place was perfect. He had everything we needed. Lots of space and very thorough with everything. Would definitely recommend staying here. Can’t wait to come back. Thanks Fitz!

Arthur’s place has a great location. The apartment is spacious and gave us a great value for our money. Airport is no more than 15 minutes away, Fremont street is also a 10-15 minute drive. The Las Vegas BLVD is really close along with the meow wolf museum. We had a blast!

Had a great time, place was clean and easy to get everywhere. Quick cab rides to downtown, the strip, or the stadiums. Will book again!

The condo was really safe, secure, clean and close to everything.
24 hour security was comforting, and the process of entering/leaving was easy.
The condo itself is on the top floor, so don't pack a bunch of suitcases, unless you want to carry those up to the 3rd floor.
Condo is well equipped with coffee & condiments, plates/silverware, ice, paper towels, laundry soap etc... They thought of everything and it is a very comfortable space.

Met 3 friends ib vegas for the weekend.. property was clean and quiet but close enough to strip that it was convenient to get around.

This was a real accommodating nice place. So easy to work with. Bedding was nice and clean. Pool was pretty. Close to the strip. All around good stay!

There were 6 of us who went to Vegas for a long weekend and this was the perfect place to stay. The owner was communicative and accommodating with information relating to our stay. This was my first time using a VRBO and he was extremely helpful and made it a memorable, easy experience.

This property was perfect for us. Located off the strip, it was still just a short walk to several casinos and there were numerous restaurant choices also close by. It was a quick Uber/Lyft to the strip and old LV, as well as to Allegiant Stadium. Everything was clean and the unit nicely appointed. Plenty of room for the four of us. Our host was always available and very responsive. This was a great find!

The property was nice. It is spacious and sleeps a good amount of guests. It’s close to the strip for a quick ride to the night life and walking distance to the Palms. The owner was responsive and easy going. I would definitely stay here again next time.

Amazing!
The property is very close to the strip. It was set up perfectly for our couples trip. It is very clean and the beds are comfortable. There are many extras like make up remove wipes, laundry soap, dishwasher tablets, and panty items. We had trouble getting in to the pool and the host responded in minutes with the directions. It was our fault and nothing with the property. Also, the security is top notch. They checked our credentials every time instead of just waving us through. I would highly recommend this property and would stay there again. We plan to be back next year!
