The two front bedrooms have deck access for ocean viewing, the downstairs bedroom has its own bathroom, perfect as a primary room if you prefer. The kitchen leads right into the glass-enclosed Florida room where you can savor the quiet mornings or the beautiful bay breeze in the evening. Wander down the steps to the canal and use the canoe provided (use canoe at your own risk) to investigate Back Bay. There is also a dock for fishing, crabbing, or just appreciating the peacefulness of sitting by the water. For those who need more to do there are many games, indoors and out, including Ping-Pong, foosball, ladder ball, and cornhole. Dock details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
