Situated at South Bank, has direct access to Brisbane’s major entertainment precinct including the Convention & Exhibition Centre, Queensland Gallery of Modern Art, The Queensland Performing Arts Centre, the Museum & Science Centre as well as being centrally located to Southbank Parklands, West End, Suncorp Stadium and the Brisbane CBD. Getting Around: South Brisbane and South Bank is a very popular area for both tourists and local people. In this area, you can enjoy the Brisbane river, museum, artificial beach, stunning restaurants and bar. During weekend, there will be snack market and live band show. You can get here in so many ways: 1. Train, South Brisbane Station. 2. Bus, Culture Centre Station 3. Ferry, South Bank Terminal 4. Uber or Taxi, 40-50 dollars from airport 5. Walking, from the City 8-10 mins. Other Things to Note: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal. Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal. Linen: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay. Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay but we do not replenish, you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Airtrip is an offsite property management, should have any questions or concern please reach out to us directly via the messaging platform. Additional rules Please make a note of the following during your stay as we want all our guests to be able to enjoy the place over and over again. And again don't forget to have a fabulous stay! - All extra guest must leave the premises by 10 pm - Strictly no smoking inside the premises - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine. - No parties or events - any evidence of parties or events will result in a $150 fine. - Key loss will result in a charge of $300; and $150 will be charged if you lock yourself out and ask the host for assistance after office hours. - Check-out time is by 10 am. Late check-out will result in a charge of $40 per hour. Please remember to return the keys to the same lockbox from which they were collected upon check-out. This ensures a smooth process for the next guest. Please leave your apartment tidy by washing your dishes and taking out any rubbish. - Any FAULTS or BREAKAGES – please report any as and when it happens to ensure we can resolve it without any delays. - Please note that additional cleaning charges will be applied for guests who leave the apartment in an unacceptable state. - We only manage the apartments in the building and all of the building amenities are managed by the building management. Any amenity temporarily unavailable or under repair will be out of our control. Interaction with Guests: We are available to assist the guest anytime during their stay.

We had a unique stay in this apartment! The location was great, the modern building offered ample facilities, although the bed was a bit small for two. The highlight was definitely the pleasant experience at the 30th-floor pool. Highly recommended

The property was lovely however the supplied formation for logging into the WiFi didn’t work. I called the Property Mgr 40 minutes after arriving on the Friday night & they promised to fix it immediately. Despite me calling & emailing several times per day to ask when they were going to reset the password so I could log in they never reset the password & I’m honestly not sure they ever actually tried. No WiFi meant I missed a bunch of important deadlines, which ruined what should have been a fun birthday weekend. So if you do rent this place don’t be surprised when what they promise is provided isn’t actually provided.

One of the fuses tripped during our stay. When I found the issue at the fuse box I clicked it back on and all was good except for internet. I reached out for help and got the same response email and did not have wifi for the last 12 days of my trip

The condo itself is fine, the pool is beautiful and location is excellent. But the check-in process is VERY sketchy. After reserving and paying for our room with VRBO, the owner sent us a separate email asking for money and selfies with our driver's license. We were directed from a site separate and unaffiliated with VRBO. After acquiescing we were asked two more times to send our cc info. This felt VERY sketchy. I would have appreciated knowing ahead of time as well, that the key location for pick-up is unattended and five blocks from the condo. Had I known this booking was going to be such a hassle, I would have just stayed at a hotel!
