The chef will truly feel at home in this modern kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of pantry and refrigerator space. Be sure to try some of our local seafood for an outstanding dining experience. Just looking for a quick bite? The wraparound high-top granite bar area with stool seating is perfect for that. After a fun day at the beach, you’ll love relaxing in the large bed in the main bedroom with a private bathroom and plenty of space in the closet or dresser for all of your beach vacation wardrobe. The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools, two libraries, and two fitness centers. Things to Know The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 3. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
