Adequate

The beds were very comfortable

It was up 4 flights of stairs which our elderly Mother found very difficult. There was not enough comfortable seating for us all in the living room. No plug in the sink to do washing up. No basic bits and pieces in the kitchen like salt and pepper and nowhere to put things in the bathroom whilst showering.

Great location and stylish flat

Gorgeous stylish apartment in an amazing location. Excellent communication from the staff and really friendly cleaner. I would recommend and stay again

The bathroom was a bit tired compared to the rest of the apartment and the drain was quite smelly. I’d recommend stating which floor each apartment is on for the booking info as we inadvertently picked to one 5 floors up which was quite a feat for my 83 year old dad! Had I realised I would have definitely picked one of the lower ones. It wouldn’t stop me from going again though

La única pega es que no tiene ascensor por lo que si vas con maletas es incómodo y que solo hay un baño

Nöjd med återkoppling från personal o storleken på lägenheten men underhållet av bostaden drar ner upplevelsen.

Stor lägenhet med sköna sängar.

Väldigt slitet och doften i badrummet var hemsk. Samt mögel i badrum och köksskafferi drar ner känslan av fräschör. Väldigt ljudligt mellan lägenheterna samt ut till trapphus.

Appartement propre , bien situé, strict nécessaire pour les équipements

Il s’agit d’un bâtiment constitué d’appart hôtel , donc il est propre et bien situé. De plus, étant au dernier étage , nous n’avions pas de bruit provenant du voisinage. L’appart est également bien situé: très facile de rejoindre Malmö par exemple en train, et le jardin Tivoli à pied (10min). Il y a également un Lidl à 5 min à pied , pour faire des courses. Dans l’ensemble il est bien .

Seul bémol pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, il n’y a pas d’ascenseur et pas d’appart au rdc . Si vous n’êtes pas très sportif le matin, privilégiez un appart en dessous de l’étage 4 ( nous ce n’était pas le cas ). Comme nous sommes venus pour le réveillon de Noël , il nous manquait de quoi faire un festin pendant notre séjour en équipement de cuisine notamment. Mais ça peut se comprendre, il s’agit d’un appart hôtel , et non un AIRBNB où des particuliers peuvent habiter à longueur de journée.

It was alright yeah

Apartment was lovely decor, comfy beds, and clean

Shower was broken, bathroom drains smelt so bad, and when I messaged them to say, they said they didn’t have anyone to fix it. Also kettle didn’t work, no dishwasher or microwave. But everything else was good, location also nice

Disappointed with the flat.

Location, close to central train station and sights like Tivoli and eating places.

1. missed the cancellation by 1 day and called & wrote in for help to cancel, but request was ignored for 2 weeks and rejected even if I was willing to pay a fee. 2. called to request for a spare key & was assured that 1 will be provided but until we left, no extra key was given 3. Noisy, poor sound proofing, can always hear footsteps & noises from the unit above, and around the courtyard. 4. bedroom right next to road, can hear loud talking & shouting at night 5. no light in the corridor area, where one has to climb the stairs to open the apartment door. 6. Apartment door does not close properly, poorly maintained 7. Door knob to building door was broken & left there, with an additional door knob that oddly turns clockwise to open (instead of anti-clockwise), making it difficult to open. 8. Only 1 toilet to be shared by many, inconvenient.

It was pleasant however place needs some updating and better instructions for checking in.

It was in a great area and was easy to access the train station and food options.

The bathroom was underwhelming and was not up to date. Some of the furniture pieces were also broken and put back in place to “look nice.” Access to the codes for entering into the property was a huge hassle, but worked out in the end.

Family holiday in Copenhagen

The apartment is in a good location. Very spacious apartment, comfortable beds. The kitchen has plenty of room.

Upon arrival, we noticed a few poorly cleaned places and contacted the owners about them. The mold in the seams of the shower was only partially cleaned. Kitchen sink should be fixed. The apartment could have more curtains and a microwave oven. The movement of the neighbors in the stairwell caused noise in the apartment, especially at night.

i have not received the check-in infomation in-time and i have called them to get the information on night 9pm and we got the apartment on the 4th floor with no lift and we have 5 childrens and 4 adults with luggage and no one is there to provide the info except phone and sometimes not able to reachable.

Superb

Good location within a walking distance to city centre, metro station and grocery store. Spacious apartment, big dining table, enough space for quite a big company (8 people). There was enough equipment such as dishwasher, washing machine and other. We found everything we needed for our stay. Good Wi-Fi.

Bed was a bit too soft.

Great value for a group

The place was clean and spacious for a large group. The kitchen had plenty of cooking and serving ware. The location was close to the train station and food and drink places. Beds were comfortable and the location was fairly quiet at night. Great value for the money. Management was easy to work with - even though all remote.

The bathroom could use an update - the cabinet was beat up and the shower curtain didn't reach the bottom so water spilled on the floor. Would have appreciated a microwave and more basic cooking supplies so we didn't need to buy everything to cook.

New furniture and beds. Walking distance to city centre. Easy check-in. Large apartment.

Spotlights hanging by electrical wires from the ceiling. Hatch missing above the shower with electrical wires open. Entrance through a dirty back alley. Staircase also dirty. Door to staircase partly broken. Questionable neighborhood. No mirror in the bathroom. Water damaged bathroom interior. Apartment is allot more worn out than the pictures show.

Is a big and nice apartment. Good linens, nice towels. Big rooms and nicely decorated.

Bathroom very small, without shower curtain, without any cabinet, without mirror and the shower area need a deep cleaning process. They don’t provide basic stuff like salt, pepper, washing detergent and napkins. The entrance of the building is very dirty and without proper maintenance.
