Estuvimos muy a gusto

Que el acceso a la habitación fuera por contrseñas. Me hubiera gustado más que hubiera estado una persona trabajando, que hubiera habido un trato más cercano.

The location was excellent. We had stayed there years ago when the place was new and it was wonderful. This trip was a bit bit of a disappointment.

First of all, it was not clean. I could not open my window and after struggling with it found a cigarette lighter stuck in the track. The toilet seat was broken, and I almost fell off of it. We had booked 2 nights and then a break and then another night. It was too late to cancel the third night without a fee or I would not have stayed there again. I notified the management of the broken toilet seat the first night we were there and when I went back the third night the seat still had not been fixed. There was dirt under the beds when we moved them apart. I was afraid to touch the toilet brush because you could see urine had been splashed on the handle and not cleaned. The lid of the garbage can also had not been wiped off and was very dirty. This apartment is along the Camino de Santiago and I’m sure they get many pilgrims here, but the woman in charge could not tell me a single thing about how to contact backpack transport or where to leave our bags. We just got lucky when my companion happened to see a stack of envelopes and so we called Jacotrans directly. The woman was not helpful at all. She did not even tell us there was a stack of Jacotrans envelopes. She basically said “I don’t know anything about that and I can’t help you” - that is not very helpful for a place that caters to pilgrims. There was a device for heating water and a few packets of coffee, but there were no coffee cups. We called and asked for coffee cups and none were ever brought to us. When looking for something to clean the garbage can with, and cups for our coffee, we found someone’s backpack in the cleaning closet. I notified the company that it was there. It had been lost and nobody had called them to tell them where it was. I found this highly suspicious. Although we loved our first visit here two years ago, I do not recommend this place now. The management has gone down and I would not stay here again.

En primer lugar. Como dato curioso. Yo fuí el primer huésped en estrenar las instalaciones. Me senti muy agradecido y muy afortunado de llevarme ese merito sin yo saberlo. De hecho me acordaré de esa anécdota como ricardo como me lo decia. Lo que más me ha gustado es la amabilidad, la humanidad, la cercania, empatia de sus empleados hacia los huéspedes. En especial ricardo. Que desde el primer momento estuvo conmigo para que todo fuera de maravilla y no estuviera solo de hecho recuerdo la primera noche como se dice me salvo esa noche a que no me quedara solo. Como he dicho era el primer huésped que recibían no habia mas huéspedes y no puedo decir nada malo sino al contrario palabras de agradecimiento. Me sentí como en mi casa desde el minuto uno de hecho, se preocupan por ti para que no te faltara de nada. Lo recomiendo al cien por cien. Es muy céntrico de todo. De la oficina de turismo por si quiere organizarte tus excurciones. Salidas. Tiene todo cerca. La muralla de logroño y el parque del ebro donde tiene unas vistas super bonitas al rio. De hecho repetiré en mis próximas vacaciones. Y me alojaré de nuevo ahi. Muchas gracias por todo. Un saludo

No puedo decir nada malo. De hecho solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento.

Lo céntrico. Aparcamiento cerca. Limpieza. Tranquilidad. Buena iluminación.

En la entrada de la casa hay como un olor a cerrado. La falta de agua caliente en un momento de la ducha. Y lo que menos me gustó es que la habitación olía a tabaco desde que entré. Ventilamos un poco pero no se fue el olor. No sé si el anterior inquilino que estaba fumó al haber un pequeño balcón pensó que no se quedaría pero tenía entendido que no se puede fumar por eso también había seleccionado esta habitación ya que ni mi pareja ni yo fumamos. Recomendaría el uso de ambientador tanto en la entrada como en las habitaciones.

Un poco de calor. Te dejan un hervidor de agua y café, pero no te dejan ni vasos ni tazas.

Ubicación perfecta, confort, limpieza

No hay personal de recepción pero tampoco fue un problema porque te dan todas las indicaciones telemáticamente
