Gute Lage, nette Vermieter, großes Zimmer.

Keine Küchenzeile (man kann sich mit der vorhandenen Ausstattung nicht wirklich selbst versorgen), Mobiliar recht abgewohnt (Betten knarren, Couch blättert ab), Boden in Zimmer & Bad nicht wirklich sauber (wir mussten eine Kleinigkeit aufwischen, danach war das Handtuch schwarz).

The apartment was nice, clean and situated in a good location and - Big enough to fit my family of 5 for one night - There were lots of facilities in the apartment (fridge, toaster, coffee machine, dishes, toiletries etc).

The air conditioning is a mobile one and the solution found was to put the hose though the window. But not to create a hole and fix it there. The window was cracked and "glued" with adhesive band and polystyrene bricks 😐 which was a security issue and noise source - The walls are incredibly thin so you can hear everything from the bathroom and from the neighbors + the noise from the open window we couldn't sleep too much - The restaurant was closed as in July and August it's closed on Sun and Mon which is not mentioned

Excellent location- great apartment for the price. It’s clean, had coffee and a good size refrigerator. Also has ac!!! The hosts were great too - Plus restaurant is excellent too!!

Great location. Amazing hosts. So helpful and friendly. The restaurant downstairs was beautiful and cozy. Very quiet. It was perfect for 2 families with 5 kids. We had 2 apartments close to each other.

The apartments are located conveniently in Würzburg, in a calm area, in the inner yard - Overlooking a nice pretty garden (see my photos). One can easily walk towards the river, park, city centre, or public transport. The apartment I stayed in, one of the smaller ones, was comfortable and made very good use of space: the kitchen had everything, the fridge rather large, coffee capsules were offered ... and there even was a washing machine. The check in was smooth and smiling. Checkout was a simple drop off keys. All very practical.

We liked the location since it was close to city center and family. You can walk to anything you need, restaurants, food stores, shopping, and tourist attractions. The apartment we stayed in also had a washer and dryer which was great for a long stay. The owner was very nice and helpful. Wonderful restaurant below property. Hope to visit in summer to take advantage of biergarten.

Everything was fine

The location was brilliant: near a park, 10 min to the baroque residence and 20min to city centre. The host were lovely and helped with the parking.

The bed was too soft for me, but that is a preference.

We were able to meet the hosts before our scheduled time to arrive. They had a lovely restaurant that was not open for the day we arrived but they helped us to know parking, and how to best make our stay enjoyable. Also, even though the restaurant was closed, they help us with some light snacks to have when we returned. We also had dinner the second night at their restaurant. The food was very good and conversation was pleasant.

The stay was pleasant. The room was nice and had lots of space. As we had a dog with us, we really couldn't use the couch as we needed to cover the area in case the dog jumped up. It was understandable (as sheets can be washed, but a couch cannot), but it was an inconvenience. Also, the tub/shower had a smooth surface that could be slippery for someone prone to slipping. This was not specifically a problem but as one of the room occupants was a woman over 60, that was concerning (more to the occupant than the property.)
