The large living room flows into the dining room to create a welcoming common area so that everyone can exist together, in the same space without feeling on top of one another. Enjoy our 70 inch LED 4K flat screen television by watching a movie or tv show. Our fully stocked kitchen has all the amenities that you will need to make a home cooked meal. Wash away the grime in our 70 year old restored cast iron sink. Enjoy our breakfast nook equipped with a blender, toaster, French press, and multi-serve drip coffee maker. No need to bring your own coffee, we have provided coffee grounds and sugar for you! The master bedroom comes with a King-sized bed and a private bathroom. Take a load off in our step-in shower, fitted with a seat, luxurious glass doors, and a spa-like rainfall shower head. Bedroom 2 is stocked with two queen sized beds and lots of natural light. Bedroom 3 comes with one queen sized bed. All bedrooms have room darkening curtains. In the hallway, adjoining the bedrooms, is a second full bath with a bathtub. In the sunroom is a twin sized daybed, as well as a hanging egg chair. The large windows allow for natural light to pour in, perfect for relaxing, reading, or playing board games. Our office/lounge room is perfect for getting some work done, or just taking it easy. It comes equipped with a desk, chair, and an oversized beanbag big enough for two! Feel free to enjoy the beautiful South Georgia breeze on the front porch swing and rocking chairs. You can also enjoy eating dinner under the umbrella on our patio table and chairs out back. While the home is equipped to host 10 people, we think the perfect group size is 6-8. We are happy to host all 10, but keep in mind it will be a bit cozier. Other things to note In an effort to keep the property more secure, we have installed a Ring doorbell camera at the front door of the cottage.
