We stayed here just before the July 4th weekend. House was very clean and everything was updated. Needed a few more tables in the bedrooms to put your stuff on, but you could tell it was newly renovated, and maybe they didn’t get that far. Canal in the back was nice to have a water view. Plenty of space and never felt crowded with our crew.

I first called to see if I decided to cancel my reservation if I would get my money back due to my wife's medical condition. They said I wouldn't . When we got there a little latter we decided to check the beds and they had hair on them so I called the host up to let them know but he got all sarcastic with me and I was just making up stuff to get money back for the stay. There also was a board on the deck that was loose and about hit my daughter when she stepped on it. There was rotten boards on the dock also. This place was a duplex not a house . It was not a private place at all. I do not recommend this place at all to stay at. The person was not a good host at all

Property was very nice and very clean. Only issue was reaching the host to get the wifi password. I messaged twice with no response before we checked out.
