The location with its proximity to the beach and the shops. The wonderful view from the amazing balcony and the furnishings in the apartment. The size of the apartment, the comfortable furniture also the good WiFi. The reserved parking space was great.
The stone steps were a bit of a challenge but we soon got used to them and were good for daily fitness. The complicated Italian garbage system!

The room was beyond our expectation. Coming to a small town, we thought of an old building. But the room was newly renovated. Air con worked very well. The kitchen was fantastic. Hope we could cook more!
Driving from Piza at night as fast as I could to get to the property before midnight.
