The Space: Beautifully styled, the apartment features an open plan kitchen/living/dining space with polished concrete floors and rug for comfort. The kitchen comes with marble benchtops and splashback, a breakfast bar with 4 stools, a Smeg dishwasher, a 4-burner Smeg gas cooktop and under-bench oven. The dining area has a table for 4 people and flows through to the living space with stylish seating, a wall-mounted aircon unit and Smart TV. An entire wall of floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors leads out to a roomy balcony with outdoor seating and absolutely stunning views of the Brisbane River and city skyline. There are 3 bedrooms, all with mirrored wardrobes. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and also offers its own aircon, direct balcony access and an en-suite bathroom, while the other bedrooms come with double beds and ceiling fans. The main bathroom has a roomy shower recess and a European style laundry with washing machine and separate dryer. Secure undercover parking is available, while the building offers resort-style facilities including a swimming pool, gym, sauna and spa. The Neighborhood: Situated just 2 kms from Brisbane’s CBD (Downtown), the apartment is strolling distance from lots of eateries and under 20 minutes walk to a host of great attractions, including the Suncorp Stadium, Roma Street Parklands, the Convention & Exhibition Centre, Queensland Gallery of Modern Art, the Queensland Performing Arts Centre, the Museum of Brisbane and Queen Street Mall. Milton markets is only 15 minutes walk away and on weekly for fruits & vegetables, handicrafts, food stalls & live music. Getting Around: The apartment comes with security parking, while the location is also well serviced by public transport. Roma Street train station is a 12 minute stroll away and Brisbane Coach terminal just a little further. The Milton Ferry Terminal is 20 minutes away on foot. Other Things to Note: * An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site. * A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately. * Please note that this property has been specifically catered for short-term rentals and is not a hotel. * Due to strict no noise no party policies in Strata buildings or local council by laws we will be enforcing the NO PARTY NO NOISE POLICY - This will mean that we will be able to force an eviction if these terms are breached. If this is he case we hold the right to hold on security deposit and booking amount for compensation for the purpose of any damage, missing keys and potential penalties from the body corporate or local government authority.
