Me gustó la ubicación céntrica ya que se puede acceder fácilmente a distintos lugares históricos y de compras

No me gustó que no tiene estacionamiento propio y los cubre camas que hacen mucho ruido

Excellent location and wonderful experience

Excellent location. It is just a few minutes walk to the center. A good rate money changer is just a few minutes away. Many restaurants are nearby. The reception is nice and friendly. The bed is comfortable. A basic breakfast is fine. Free parking for us, but in a different location. Please, check and recheck your car when you check out.

They do not have a lift. So, all just by the stairs. There is a leak in the bathroom.

Good stay in the center but some cleaning ladies don’t bother knocking

The location is great: very close to the Zocalo, a lot of good food nearby. Breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable

The main thing is same as in a lot of hotels in Mexico: no “do not disturb” sign but in this hotel the lady actually unlocked the door when we were asleep and I literally woke up when she was already opening the door and I looked at her and she just said sorry and left. No sign, no knock? The room can get pretty stuffy

La ubicación muy cerca del centro de la ciudad.

La habitación no contaba con ventilación, el baño muy pequeño. El televisor estaba de lado de la cama y no de frente como regularmente va. No hay ascensor, nos toco la habitación hasta el 3er piso. Falta mantenimiento en la pintura de las habitaciones.

Buen hotel en el centro de Puebla

La ubicación es excelente. Buen colchón. Habitación bien distribuida por un cubículo de servicios que bloquea la vista directa a la habitación. Las cortinas black-out funcionales. Bonita decoración de la habitación.

La puerta al cuarto es de cristal y no hay forma como disminuir la luz del pasillo. Solo hay lámpara en el techo, falta una luz más discreta. En la habitación hay un mueble que podría funcionar como escritorio, pero falta silla. Colchón tiene una cubierta contra líquidos, cada movimiento es un poco ruidoso.

Muy buena ubicación y habitación amplia

El wifi es pésimo, el desayuno muy excaso y el baño es muy pequeño. Además la luz automática que se apaga si no hay movimiento es poco útil. El ventilador casi no funciona, la tele tiene poquísimos canales.

Great stay! I will be a repeat visitor!

The hotel had everything I needed. The staff was also wonderful.

The motion sensor in the bathroom area was a bit challenging. Lights were on for about 20 seconds, then off, until you moved. I understand the need to conserve energy. But the motion sensor should be adjusted to allow the lights to be on for more than 20 seconds.

A gamble. Better odds for deep sleepers

Breakfast was some rolls and a pot of coffee, which was ok. Location was good. Staff was friendly!

The amount of street noise kept me and my friend up most of the night, despite the fact we were both using earplugs. Our sink had a drain fly infestation and stunk pretty bad.

The location of the hotel it is excellent if you want to enjoy the Puebla's downtown and all its attractions (bars, restaurants, churches, museums, etc), everything is walking accessible. They provide coffee time untill noon and comfortable beds, good internet connection, good water temperature and pressure and cable tv.

I didn't like that the room was tiny and enclosed, it had a window which reflected light even at the night time, then I had to cover it with a blanket to have rest, probably not all the rooms have this issue or all guests are sensitive to the night lights to get some rest like me, but that was my only complain.

Disappointing

Staff really nice and friendly! The owner also. Wonderful position Nice design

No windows! Found hairs in the bed, I asked the housekeeper to change it Shower not clean Big space but no chairs No hangers nor for clothes neither for towels Lavabo difficult to be used and inside the room Very nice design but it seems they forgot that it has to be comfortable No nighr lamp Breakfast very very poor, just coffee and a piece of cake. I had to ask for a tea but there was chamomile only. I asked to accept the cancellation of my second night but they didn't. I know very well they could do this.
