Day manager was very friendly and helpful. Provided assistance when needed. Good location for travel to and from eateries and the universities.
2nd shift clerk was very unfriendly and unwilling to be assistive. Did not or unwilling to provide assistance with Sleep Inn product or services.

The location and the gentleman at the front desk. He was extremely helpful with getting my room keys to work.
The Indian woman at the front desk. Her attitude was extremely rude. In fact, I needed new batteries in the remote control and she expected me to change them 🤔. Ma'am...I'm the guest! And she changed them...after she complained about her nails 😒.
I purchased two rooms for two nights. So to get that type of attitude, I'm not sure I'll return to this location for the ACC tourney.

The room needed another chair to set in with 3 people in the room, we liked all.

The property was not in the best part of town and had some people that hung around outside the area who looked a little questionable.

I didn’t get the breakfast. The hotel was very clean and the location was great. Checkin went smoothly. Staff was nice and friendly. Check out went good.
Not enough pillows for the king bed. The bed was uncomfortable and hard, didn’t notice a difference from this bed to a cheaper hotel bed. Could also use more parking.

Was clean and quite.
Wish there had been a pool but I knew there wasn't when I booked. Someone was smoking weed or had something super stinky in their baggage. 🤣You could smell it in the hall on Friday evening. However I didn't smell it again and I was able to come up with a clever answer for my son who asked what that smell was. I won't fault the hotel for what 1 guest was up to and I personally don't care about weed but my kids know nothing about it. 🤷♀️ Also the listing said 2 queen size beds and they were actually full sized. Not a big deal as we ended up only needing 1 bed anyhow. It was originally going to be myself husband and both kids. However it ended up just being myself and my 7yo. He just slept in the bed with me even though he could of had a whole bed. . 🤣

My room was clean, and my friend also thought his room was clean. I wasn’t bothered during the night or morning, and I enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches and coffee.

It was quiet the walls are definitely sound proof. This is great for travel workers. Extended stays seem to be really noisy. I slept well.

The location was perfect for the conference I attended. Front desk professionals were polite and greeted me each day as I walked by.
Towel service required me to request towels and bring to the front desk the soiled ones, or leave outside of door. Trash was the same. Had signs posted about the process due to pandemic.
