About this house rental
Brick house, full kitchen with air fryer and one cup coffee maker. Enclosed porch with an electric fireplace. 2 bedroom 1 bath (sleeps 5 max)and a large back yard. Close to Lake Michigan and not far from wine tours, breweries, restaurants. Air mattress available for more sleep space. Spend the day swimming or playing golf at Jack Nicklaus golf course or any of the other courses nearby. You can even rent some kayaks on the calm Paw Paw river. Silver beach also has kayak rentals. There are lots of hiking trails. Warren Dunes state park, grand mere state park or venture to South Haven and hit the Kal-Haven trail. If you are looking for a longer length of time during the week for the rental please reach out to the homeowner to see what’s available. Beach chairs available as well as a Weber grill. Two blocks away from Crimson Café, coach’s bar and Grill, Texas Roadhouse and lots of breweries. Located in Stevensville,MI Enjoy a nice evening around the back yard fire pit and play some corn hole. Friday to Sunday bookings (unless owner approves other dates) No pets are allowed. No smoking allowed. The house is not “baby proof” but children are welcome.

This was such an adorable and clean home. We had such a great time and loved having a relaxing cozy place to come back to on our annual girl's trip. All of the amazing shopping, restaurants, and of course the beach was just a hop, skip, and a jump away as well. Definitely recommend. <3

Our family very much enjoyed our stay. Location is convenient, very easy drive to beaches and downtown areas. Very cute and comfortable accommodations, and equipped with everything we needed. I just wish we had the time to use the fire pit!

Really enjoyed our weekend in Stevensonville. The home was clean, cute and Tracy was easy to work with. Visited South Haven & St Joseph too. Lots of good restaurants nearby, but if you want to cook & eat-in, the home’s kitchen has everything you need. Relaxing trip.

Cute, nicely decorated bungalow in a convenient location to St. Joseph and nearby wineries. Great outdoor space with a fire pit and grill. Would stay here again when visiting the area.

It’s such a cute little house! It was perfect for our girls getaway. It’s so close to so many wineries. I would definitely recommend this place to someone.

The host gave me a great first impression through our communication prior to our stay. She was incredibly responsive, informative, and helpful. Because of that, I knew this was going to be a great experience!
When booking, I mentioned we were celebrating my husband’s birthday. When we arrived at the house, there was a sweet gift and birthday balloon waiting for us. The house is small, but extremely clean. Everything is just as listed. The backyard is big and includes a fire pit and outdoor seating. The host left s’more ingredients for us, but the weather didn’t cooperate for a bonfire. Instead, my boys got creative with the oven and still managed to enjoy s’mores. We try to get up to the St. Joseph area as often as possible and will definitely looking into renting this property again!

Property was just as listed. Not in the middle of st Joseph but worked fantastic as it was right in the middle (distance wise) of the warren dunes state park and the st Joseph attractions which were both what we wanted to see. Never had to spend more that 15 min in a car to get to a beach or anything. House has adorable back yard on a cute, quiet street.

Cute & Clean
Stayed here for my bachelorette party. Even cuter in person. Well stocked kitchen tools. Mattress in the smaller bedroom is amazing. Be aware you have to bring your own paper products and trash bags.

Clean, Sweet property. Cozy with a number of different areas to relax in. We grilled, had a bonfire and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood after a busy beach gathering. Accessible to many lovely beach areas.

Cute little place
We stayed here for the Benton Harbor Steelhead Ironman triathlon and this place was perfect for me and my friends. Great deck and backyard area to enjoy. Nice kitchen. Clean! Will repeat.
