Such a worst residency. They informed that no rooms available at the time of arrival.They send us another residency(their branch) outside of the location. It is too far to reach the place.However a single bed room they showed,fan not running fast.they kept in slow mode.that's why the customers asked them to allow air-conditioner.pls avoid this residency

Ich war allein, es hat sich sooo schlecht angefühlt, wahnsinnig laut an eine 7 spurige Strasse, schmutzig, keine Wasserflaschen zu kaufen, ich hatte nur Angst, habe mich im Zimmer verbarikadiert, habe das doppelte bezahlt als im booking.com angegeben, kam um 3.00 Nachts mit dem Taxi und hatte keine Möglichkeit was anderes zu suchen. Will eine Beschwerde bei booking.com eingeben, habe Bilder gemacht und eine Rechnung. Bitte niemand mehr dahin schicken, vor allem keine Frau allein.

Against confirmed booking, owner of the property expressed his inability to provide the room accommodation. Though he was kind enough to arrange for our stay in his another property 'Royal Green Accommodation'. However, the second property, provided in lieu, was in deep interior and not easily accessible for us from airport, especially at night.
Room was clean and big but the combined Bathroom and toilet was too tight and smelly. Sitting on toilet seat and taking bath was challenge. Needs improvement in this regard.
Need to work on Bathroom and toilet facilities (in respect of Royal Green Accommodation).
