Great place for a couple, ideal location, clean, well-supplied and comfortable...the bedroom space was challenging but with practice, doable...definitely would rent again.

For the most part this was a nice property to stay at except: 1) When I arrived on Sunday the house had not been cleaned. The bed was unmade with tangled sheets and there was trash in the kitchen and bathroom bins with the previous tenants leftovers. There was a dirty bathmat on the floor and I couldn't be certain that the towels that were hanging were clean. It took us two days to communicate with the property manager and confirm that there had been a snafu and the cleaning people were not able to come and clean before our arrival. They came on Tuesday morning and did a great job but I was promised over the phone some kind of refund for the inconvenience of having to wait so long for the house to get cleaned but then never heard another word about it. This was not a small thing. My friend and I had to use our beach towels to dry ourselves and sleep maneuver around other people's mess until the cleaning people arrived which was pretty gross. 2) The second issue we had was with WiFi. My friend was working remotely during this trip and the WiFi went out on Wednesday or Thursday. He spent a large amount of time trying to troubleshoot this and the property manager was not very responsive. Eventually we were able to locate the router and reset it. The house itself was great and convenient and good for my dog. I just wish that these issues had been taken care of in a more speedy manner. I would also like some resolution on the compensation or reimbursement that was promised.

Sorry, not much to recommend here. Location was good. Otherwise, had to climb ladder to attic space with no cooling to find the bed. The attic bedroom had a sky light but was still 80-90 degrees up there even with it open and had no blind so room was bright as soon as sun came up.

No real complaints about our stay. The location is the best part, centrally located and close to everything. The ladder to the bedroom attic isn't ideal, nor is the bedroom attic. There is a lack of space to keep your belongings organized. But the outdoor area is enclosed and very enjoyable. The bathroom has nice touches. My suggestions are to better use the space with a couch that better fits the space, and remove the workout equipment.

This house was almost perfect. The location was very nice, in a quiet residential section close to Commercial Street and the wharf.Short drive to the beaches. The house was very comfortable for two people and our little dog.Kitchen was great.Very comfortable.Only caveat was that the stairs to the bedroom were pretty steep. An older person or someone with a disability would have a hard time negotiating them. Overall,a very nice place.

Great location. Close to center of town and great restaurants. One word of caution the steps to the bedroom is basically a ladder. If you can't climb a ladder or are afraid of heights then this is not the property for you. Was not a problem for us. Hot tub was relaxing after a day biking on the trails which are easily accessible. Our pup enjoyed the enclosed yard. All in all a great place to stay.
