This home was absolutely perfect for our family. From the moment we arrived these kids had the time of their lives. We are regulars at the legoland hotels but wanted to being more family with us this trip. The home easily slept our 6 adults and 4 kids. When i booked i knew the pool would be used the most during the trip by the kids but they also enjoyed the game room. The adults had a blast (from the past) playing Pac-Man! I love to cook and make cocktails so i truly enjoyed the spacious kitchen and all the bar space to mingle within and conversate while conveniently watching the kids through the french doors. Best of all from the trip was the excitement of each of the kids catching a fish for the first time. Our kids are constantly on tablets or playing video games so to see the. Enjoying fishing literally made me (the mom) so so happy. I had a lakehouse in NY but now we live here in FL near the beaches... it was so nice to give the kids a view of the LakeLife! Great memories made here and i would highly recommend! We hope to return some time soon.

From the house to the hosts this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in booking a house. Beautiful home with all of the amenities you could need.

We enjoyed our stay at the lake house. Our family enjoyed the game room, swimming, and fishing right out back. The furniture and beds were super comfortable. The owners checked in with us when we got there to offer any assistance we might need. We highly recommend this home for your vacation!

The home was terrific. Kitchen setup was great, we had all the dishes/pot/pans etc needed to feed all 10 of us. Grilled outside on the gas grill; all necessary grilling items were available. The beds were comfy, as advertised. The game room was great, the extra space to hang out together was welcome. The pool was terrific! Our family spent 2 extremely hot days at Legoland, and cooled off in the lovely pool when we returned. A terrific family get together for grandparents, parents and grandkids. Not sure where we had more fun, at the park or in your pool! Thanks for sharing your house, pool & grounds with us.

Our family booked a few days at the lake house for spring break—and to celebrate both of our son’s birthdays. Prior to our arrival the hosts reached out to let us know the dishwasher wasn’t working and they wouldn’t be able to get it fixed before we got there. (No big deal to us.) They stocked the house with paper/plastic products and even offered to send someone to the house to do the dishes for us! If that wasn’t enough they sent a case of water, breakfast items, and snacks the next morning. Such a kind gesture! Our kids loved the game room and the pool. They also loved sitting by the canal and looking for wildlife. We spotted several different types of birds, lots of lizards and turtles, AND a baby alligator. We spent two days at Legoland and the rest of our time relaxing at the house. My husband loved the patio and TV—watching sports while lounging in the pool. All around, it was a wonderful stay!

Check in was a breeze and the house was very fun for our guys trip. Pool was clean and the games were a blast.

My Robotics team stayed for our state robotics competition. This house was wonderful, it was very clean. When we had some down time the students loved the game area along with the adults. This house made our stay extra special.

Great space just a few minutes from legoland. Had everything needed for a very enjoyable stay with kids… nice pool, game room, comfy setup, many towels etc. Hosts were very helpful and communicative. Would definitely stay again!

We had an absolutely amazing stay. The house was great, and the pool and game room definitely put the stay over the top. Dealing with David was a dream. Coming up to our stay if asked if they had a PlayStation at the house, (as we had two teenage boys who love to play), and he said he did not, but, he then went out and got one for the house!! It was great for the kids in the evening to be able to play. My son uses a power wheelchair, and the house was all on one floor, which is part of the reason we chose this property. It did have a small step in and out, so we asked about another entrance in which the owner gave us access to immediately. He also offered some plywood that was in the garage as a ramp. But then, he actually went so far as to order a small wheelchair ramp and have it delivered to the house for us!! Unbelievable how accommodating they were. This was a big trip for my family and my cousins family. There were 7 of us. And having a wonderful house to stay made it very memorable. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was great, living room was so relaxing. The pool was amazing and we spent a lot of time on the game room as well. Staying at this property was a super choice and we will definitely stay here again when we come back. Thank you to David again for the great experience. I highly recommend staying at this property if you’d like an amazing place to stay and have a great time. We can’t say enough about this property and owner. Thank you again!!!!

What a perfect spot. We were in town for the weekend to have a fake wedding for my dad and brought all our wedding party from Pa. It was just up from my parents' neighborhood, had space for us all and fun all around. And they even decorated with our wedding colors and left a bottle of bubbly. What a great trip. Would definitely stay again.

The property was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. It was like being at home, it had everything you could want. Kids and adults of all ages will love it here, I highly recommend this spot!

The property is lovely. My family and I had a nice staycation. The location is great. The kids enjoyed the game room.

The set up and game room are amazing! Perfect for our family of five plus grandparents, and could comfortably sleep many more with futons in two of the bedrooms. Master suite on separate side of the house from the other three bedrooms allowed for my husband and I to stay near our kids and his parents to have some privacy (and quiet!) on the other side of the house. When we arrived, we discovered that one of the games was not working. The hosts sent a repair person out the following day, and when they learned the game could not be repaired, had a NEW arcade game delivered! Superb service! In addition to the great set up and fun game room, we also appreciated the minimal checkout requests. We were disappointed to learn that the "solar heated" pool does not mean that the pool is heated by a solar panel-powered heater. Rather, the pool water runs through a system of pipes on the roof of the house, and the water is warmed in the pipes by the sun as it passes through. There are no solar panels that that power a pool heater, which was our original understanding. That being the case, the pool was too cold for anyone but partially-insane children to swim during our late December/early January stay.

Everything was as advertised! Couldn’t have been happier! We met family there for our Christmas and the kids and adults all enjoyed the game room!

This house was perfect for our family gathering. There was plenty of room to spread out but also come together for games and meals. The game room was a great feature and we appreciated all of the small touches to help make our stay comfortable - plenty of linens, stocked kitchen, board games etc.

Very tidy and lovely home. Equipped with everything you need. A good bed and nice bathroom. Great host and there when you need him. We had a great stay!

We were able to come and relax to get away from everyday life. The kids loved the game room. They even got in the pool even though it was still pretty chilly. The home was very well kept and clean.

We rented this house to visit family in town. The layout was great and the kitchen had everything we needed. The game room kept the kids busy - they loved it!

The house was perfect! There were 10 of us. 6 adults and 4 children. The heated pool was welcoming, and the game room made for lots of cool, additional fun! The spaciousness of the house allowed for additional guests to come by for a small bday celebration dinner, and there was plenty of room for everyone. This house is definitely on our hit list to return to, as we know many more Legoland visits are in our future. It’s easy for us as we are South Florida residents.

This place is absolutely perfect for a family or visiting with friends. The beds were extremely comfortable! They didn’t leave any detail out! Everything was perfect all way down to the fine details! We had a great time out by the pool and the game room. We hope to get to rent this place again! Also very convenient to everything!

House and property are much more beautiful and accommodating than the pictures can show. We had 9 women stay and never left the property. Beautiful pool, on the canal with perfect access to fish or rent a boat. The game room was a blast. Brought back some fun from our younger years and good competition! Planning our next trip to come back already!

We were celebrating a birthday with family at Legoland and this house was perfect for us! The kids (and adults) loved the game room and the pool. Everything was clean and the hosts were kind and responsive. Wish we had a longer visit! Definitely would recommend to others!

This home is SO fun! My kiddos (ages 8-17) enjoyed Every. Single. Moment!! The games are fantastic! The pool area and outdoor space are absolutely fabulous. The home feels brand new inside - beautifully decorated, spacious, open and extremely cozy and welcoming for a large group/family. The hosts are overly gracious and helpful. Amenities and extras provided add that extra smile and touch of class that is rarely experienced these days. I simply cannot compliment this home and homeowner ENOUGH. Above and beyond ALL expectations. We hope to return to this home very soon!

Fabulous house with plenty of room for the family. Gameroom is great for the kids and kept them occupied for hours. The pool is great after the daily activities in the area. Minutes from Legoland and just 30 minutes to Disney. The dock and canal provides easy access to lake. Will definitely be back.
