Welcome to Villa Bella, the newest home offered by Welcome Home Rentals. This home is in a quiet residential area close to restaurants and shops and walking distance to both the beach and Sunshine Park! 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms with a spacious open concept downstairs, luxury upgraded kitchen and dedicated office space. The private backyard oasis has a heated saltwater pool complete with an optional child gate, beautiful deck with retractible awning and lounge areas, gas grill, TV, games and more. This property is managed by Welcome Home Rentals of Jax Beach. We exclusively manage vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach so our team is always minutes away if guests have any issues or questions. Need additional accommodations? We have 2 to 8 bedrooms homes, most with private heated pools and several with fun game rooms. All can be seen on our below site. Ask about our weekly, monthly and multiple property discounts. We also partner with local beach bike and golf cart rental companies that will drop these off at the house. All pets must be approved and there is a pet fee. Additional pet fees may apply based on breed, size and number of pets. All events must be approved. Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged $100 per hour fee. Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction. *** Pool heaters are turned off 5/15 - 9/15. Contact management 72hrs prior to your arrival to request pools heated. Guests use pool at own risk. *** *Prices exclude minimum $300 security deposit

We stayed at this lovely, spacious home, needing a place near Atlantic Beach for a family reunion. It was perfect for the 7 of us! It’s location was close to the beach, beautiful new park that was loved by my 2 year old granddaughter , and stores and restaurants. We stayed a week and every day was perfect. Between the pool, beach, play area with the playhouse, and game room, everyone was always busy and well entertained. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities, bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and even the bathrooms were well stocked with towels and shampoo, soap, etc. Our hosts were highly responsive to our questions but never intrusive. I would definitely stay here again.

The home was perfect for our large group and considering the beaches were closed one of the days of our visit, the pool came in very handy. In addition, we loved that the pool was heated and treated with a salt filter. We would definitely rent this home again.

Overall the property and amenities were very good. The house was well equipped for beach activities and basic household supplies. The open concept of the living space was ideal for a group of our size (8). The pool wasn't heated when we arrived but that issue was corrected quickly when we reported it. The pool was a feature enjoyed by all. Kitchen with spacious counter was appreciated. Gas stovetop needs checking for problem with knob control of flame. We suggest that the ring toss game in the garage be replaced due to sensitivity of the image.

The home was beautiful and perfect for our family Christmas trip. From the decor to every little detail, the owners hospitality shined throughout the home. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen, the comfortable beds, and the relaxing pool. The location was perfect. It is near many restaurants, shopping, golf and the beach. We will definitely want to stay here again!

The property was just what I expected from the descriptions. It was clean. The kitchen was beautiful and the living room/dining room had lots of space. Mike was a great host, who was pleasant, helpful, and always available. Thank you!

This house is beautiful! It's located in a nice neighborhood and close to the grocery store and restaurants. Check-in process was easy. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and more! It's 5 blocks from the beach however there is a busy road to cross to get there. It's walkable, but easier to drive especially with small kids. The pool is wonderful and where we spent most of our time.

This was the perfect house for a beach get away with another family. Close to the beach, restaurants with plenty of room. The pool was a fantastic addition for the days we didn’t want to get sandy! Highly recommend!

This is a great property close to the beach, but the pool was so nice we only went to the beach once in 4 days! Good restaurants nearby for Uber Eats as well.
Very beautiful home-everything worked, comfortable beds, plenty of dishes, towels, etc and a surprise gaming area in the garage.

We walked to the ocean every day which just takes a few minutes. But we spent most of our time on the deck grilling and in the pool (which was heated). The property had so many amenities that I did even need to use most of the items that I brought with me like towels, toys, games, etc. Cant wait to make it back!
