About this condo rental

Fabulous 3-bedroom duplex apartment located in the heart of the Santa Cruz neighborhood, in a restored historic building, where original architectural elements have been preserved. Upon entering the apartment we find a corridor that leads to the 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has 2 single beds 0.90 x 2 m, wardrobes and a full en-suite bathroom with a shower. The next bedroom has a double bed 1.50 x 2 m, wardrobes and a balcony. At the end of the corridor, we find the last bedroom, with 2 single beds 0.90 x 1.90 m and wardrobes. Next to the stairs, there is the second full bathroom with a shower. Going up the stairs we access the upper floor, where the living-dining room is located, a spacious room with a sofa, Smart TV and dining table with capacity for 6 people. From the living room we can go out to the terrace, which has 2 sun loungers to enjoy the good sevillian weather, and an outdoor table with capacity for 6 people. From the terrace we can admire the views of the historic streets of the traditional neighborhood of Santa Cruz. Returning to the living room, we find the kitchen, opens to the living room. It is a spacious and bright kitchen with all the necessary utensils for the comfort of the guest. The area of the apartment is unique, Santa Teresa street and Plaza de Santa Cruz are two of the most beautiful places in Seville, full of history and tradition. In the surroundings of the apartment there are small traditional bars where you can taste the best tapas in the city, small shops and endless places to visit. The Cathedral, the Alcazar, the Giralda..., everything is just a few steps away on foot. Apartment was great. Check in very easy and great communication with host. Cannot beat the location of the apartment. Only downside was elevator was not working. Upon check in we were told it would be fixed within a day, however even when it was fixed did not work properly. Made it a challenge with luggage and strollers but the apartment itself and location were outstanding.
