There are four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, central air, and plenty of seating areas for gathering. Enjoy sipping your morning coffee or savoring an afternoon refreshment on the sunny porch while overlooking our beautiful garden. The Space: This home offers ample space for you and your guests, whether you're seeking tranquility or exploring the surrounding area. Each bedroom is furnished with memory foam mattresses that mold to your body for a restful night's sleep, as well as blackout curtains, wall-mounted smart TVs, luggage stands, and more. The kitchen is spacious and features bar seating, ideal for watching your loved one prepare a special meal or savoring your favorite drink. We provide a coffee station with a variety of blends, cooking spices, olive oil, and all necessary cooking utensils. On the second level, you'll find a cozy sitting area with a large 60"+ TV, perfect for relaxing while enjoying a massage in our fun vibrating bean bags. Guest Access: Guests can enjoy the whole house except the basement. The property features a spacious driveway, a fenced-in side yard with a patio, and a barbecue grill. The Neighborhood: Our home is located in the East Side Historic District of Saratoga Springs which is a charming and culturally rich neighborhood located in the heart of Saratoga Springs. Our home is conveniently located within a 10 minute walk to Saratoga Springs' downtown area, and 7 minutes walk to the famous Saratoga Race Track. In addition to the well-preserved homes, the district is home to some notable historic sites, including the Universal Preservation Hall, a historic church turned performing arts venue, and the Saratoga Springs History Museum.
