The owner is very polite and supportive, Room is very clean and location is good.

We were 2 people, have booked 1 bedroom for 2 night stay, the property is being managed by 2 brothers, they are very cooperative and friendly with the guests. Washroom was well cleaned, bed and sheet were fresh, basic facilities like drinking water, some cutlery, TV with OTT apps, sofas in hall, chairs in gallery all were provided for food you will have to depend on online apps and in near by you can get konkani food for that you can get contact number from them. No false information was provided. What is said is there, it is a good stay option for people traveling with family which is also nearby to colva and other beaches hardly 10 minutes drive from there

Nothing as such..as it being a value for money option where you can just dump your luggage and step out to explore and return only to refresh and relax

Very beautiful place. Property is well maintained and super clean. Rooms are good and sufficient specious for couple. We enjoyed our stay for 3 nights. Owner Mr. Bandekar is very supportive and cooperative. Absolutely no issues with facilities on property. Support staff is also very cooperative.

Great place...helpful owner

The host was very warm, the place was very peaceful... away from the hustle bustle..and it was spotlessly Clean. We paprticularly enjoyed the Goan food that we could easily order over phone.

Reaching the location takes some time if you don't drive yourself. But the host assists you.

Overall Great experience, Rooms where clean and well maintained, Host was so kind and also very helpful too, Next time when I will visit South Goa definitely once again I will stay here...

The property is not located on the beach/beach road and hence very calm and quiet, yet it is very close to the beach.

We faced a problem with water. Actually, there was no supply of water from the municipality the previous day and this was known to the host. Ideally, he should have made alternate arrangements on his own, without waiting for the guests to complain and then act. Having said that, after complaining about water, the host acted very quickly to make alternate arrangements.
