Situated in Bodega Bay, this attractive house for $1,241 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Sonoma County Transient Occupancy Certificate 1789N “Duck Flagship" located on the 14th fairway at the Links at Bodega Harbour, this remodeled, (newly furnished in 2022), coastal chic, 2-story home sits on a nearly quarter acre un-fenced lot. It's on a larger level lot for the area, with stunning panoramic views of the ocean, bay, Bodega Head, hills, and the golf course. It has numerous large windows, & plenty of indoor/outdoor living space and privacy, leaving you well positioned to watch the hillside sunrise and the spectacular sunsets over the ocean. Longer-term stays are Available Upon Request. Perfect place for a vacation or a longer work from "home" at the ocean stay. "Duck Flagship", includes a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2,500 sq ft (main area 3 bedroom/2 bathroom; additional 1 bedroom/1 en-suite bathroom above attached garage), turnkey, fully furnished in 2022. Large windows and skylights provide ample natural light. Ocean and Bay views from primary bedroom, primary bedroom balcony, primary bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, large outdoor patio, and guest suite bathroom. Perfect getaway accommodations for families with adult children, couples, and friends gathering. Includes hot tub, gas grill, gas fire pit table, washer/dryer, central heating, Wi-Fi, 5 smart televisions, fast EV charger, full-size Pac-man arcade game, pool table, air hockey table and sports/beach accessories. (*Note-Please contact us prior with your intent of using the EV charger to ensure compatibility.) Comfortably sleeps up to 8 people (4 couples) in four bedrooms and max guest capacity is 9/10 guests (at owner's discretion based on the specifics of the group) with an additional guest fee of $50 per person per night beyond 6 guests also allowing use of additional Murphy bed/ and/or twin sofa chair. The "Bridge" landing area (privacy curtains only and not a bedroom) with full-sized Murphy bed and the twin sleeper chair in the primary bedroom are best suited for older children and are not recommended for adults. The upstairs primary bedroom has a California king bed and twin sleeper chair, the upstairs landing area has a full Murphy bed/desk office area (max weight 250 lbs), the downstairs 2 guest bedrooms each have queen beds, and additional guest suite bedroom has a queen bed above the garage. Photos of beds either show warmer season bedding or cooler season bedding. Depending on the season, bedding will either include down comforters with duvets and coverlets or lighter weight comforters. Additional blankets for extra warmth are located in bedroom closets and are always available for guest use. Lots of safety issues in home for young children including infants that are mobile/crawling. The home features an open railing at second story outdoor balcony, open fireplaces, unlocked cabinets, lots of glass accessories and potted plants, unsecured furniture/shelving, open railings at second story landing, floating staircase, and detached bedroom/bathroom separated from main house above garage. The 2 downstairs bedrooms and guest suite bedroom have furniture that occupy the majority of floor space and can not accommodate pack and plays or alternative sleeping arrangements. Beds can't be moved to walls to act as safety rails and the beds are high from the ground and young children can fall out. Downstairs bathroom has smaller shower stall and not recommended for those with mobility issues. This listing includes Main house with bedrooms "Captain's Quarters", "Crew's Quarters" and "Deckhand's Quarters". It also includes separate guest suite above garage "First Mate's Quarters". No pets allowed. Owners have allergies, pets are strictly prohibited. The bed area of the optional 4th bedroom/third bathroom guest suite has a partial low ceiling and further cannot accommodate taller guests or guests with mobility issues. Preference may be given to longer stay requests. Max nightly pricing for Friday and Saturday nights. Reduced nightly pricing for Thursday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday nights (non Peak times only). Thursdays are usually used for thorough cleaning, maintenance and turnover, including hot tub servicing. All non emergency issues will be brought to the attention of the host between non-Quiet Hours or from 7 am-10 pm and/or bring up any issues found within 6 hours of check-in that need an immediate attention/response. Host is not available during Quiet Hours, except for emergencies Guests present during "Quiet Hours" are considered as overnight guests and included in maximum occupancy. If cleaning fee is assessed it is for cleaning/disinfecting only. Please do not move furniture and items that are moved, return to their proper placement upon departure. No maid or concierge services are available during stay. Please tidy up, wash dishes and clean up any spills and address minimizing staining throughout your stay. (Those supplies are provided for your convenience) Cleaning fee covers the cost of disinfection of inside the home/hot tub and the proper turnover of quality provided linens and towels between each guest stay. Not responsible for construction, road conditions, weather, power and internet outages or issues beyond our control. We will try our best to remedy situations as they arise with guests having understanding there is only so much we can do about issues we are not responsible for and especially for situations off site of our property. There may be flexibility with check in and check out times, per request, absent Thursdays or during peak Summer Season. Inquire about longer stays and no turnover/cleaning mid-week. Memorial Day through Labor Day are minimum stays of 3 nights. 3 day holiday weekends may require 4 night stays. We love our neighbors and the community. This is our home. Please respect the peaceful setting as guests. Please note we have security cameras on-site, as we do not permanently reside on-site . Although the cameras are on 24/7 capturing audio and video, we do not regularly monitor guest activity. If we are alerted to a problem by you or HOA security, we can review footage. The cameras also allow us to confirm and assure when the home is cleaned and the hot tub is serviced by professional services. Guests are not allowed to turn off or tamper with the cameras. This is for both guest and owner protection. Security camera disclosure: There are no cameras inside the house (and therefore there are none in any private spaces like bedrooms, sleeping areas, or bathrooms). There are no cameras viewing anywhere inside the house (and therefore there are none viewing any private spaces like bedrooms, sleeping areas, or bathrooms; and therefore there are none aimed at or capable of recording private spaces). There are no cameras viewing, aimed at, or capable of recording the hot tub. There are no cameras concealed or hidden from view. All security cameras are in full compliance with VRBO security camera policies. There are 6 total security cameras located: 1 at the exterior front door, 1 at the guest suite exterior door, 3 capturing the entire front driveway, and 1 near the top of the back yard roof capturing above the back patio and golf course (the hot tub is not in its view). All security cameras are on and may be recording audio and video at any time. It is a house rules’ violation to tamper with Wi-Fi mesh system any security cameras. The beach house is lovely and packed with games, pool table, air hockey! Fun board games for rainy days and just overall relaxing! We didn't mind it raining during our stay bc the house offers tv, games, and heaters!! The heaters kept us warm despite it being freezing. Lots of comfort in the couch, blankets were nice. Host provides so many snacks that the kids loved it! I can't wait to go back!

we were very comfortable, the kitchen was great, the views lovely and we saw the bobcat in your garden having a litlle snooze. I was a little cold but I am nearly 90, and it did turn very rainy. The house has been renovated so everything was new- the others enjoyed the hot tub ( I don't do that anymore) and the game room. Thank you.

Despite the non-stop rain and fog, this house was the perfect combination of peace, luxury and relaxation. You can tell the owners have but countless hours of preparation into all aspects of this rental ensuring their guests are as comfortable as possible! Well done....will definitely be back to experience the sunny side of Bodega Bay!!

We've rented a lot of homes in Bodega Bay over the years and this is by far one of our favorites! Incredibly well appointed kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms - lots of little extras! We spent hours of fun playing pool and air hockey in the garage as well as lots of time around the outdoor fire table watching sunsets and eating oysters!(a few cocktails too ;) Lots of time in the amazing hot tub as well! The beds and linens...unbelievably comfortable! So many fun art pieces making it feel like a real home by the beach! Our view was spectacular looking over Bodega head and we were even treated to a full moon. The master upstairs bedroom is definitely the premium spot and sleeping with shades up allowed us to star and moon gaze. A very easy home to settle into and we had a very memorable Thanksgiving! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

The house and the host were a match made in heaven for us. We are 6 women who get together once every year and found this house to please all of us individually and as a group. The accommodations, location and views were all 5 star for what we needed, wanted and what we got (some fog, sunset, sunshine and a bit of a drizzle). The host thought of everything. The house is very well-appointed and so very comfortable with extra blankets, plenty of pillows, small areas to separate yourself from the crowd, kitchen gadgets galore and a trip to the beach. We loved the fireplaces outdoor and inside in the evening, the big dining room and living room to sip coffee in the morning. WE never watched TV, but it was there. Sitting outside taking in the fresh air, views, birds, golfers and landscape made for an incredibly pleasant environment and lots of enjoyment. Thank you B, we all said we would stay there again.

Our stay at this beautiful property was perfectly appointed with well kept succulents through out, thoughtfully laid out amenities. Need a comb? Forgot your toothbrush? How about some excedrin for that headache? They had it all! Comfortable beds and pillows, sparkly clean hot tub, chefs kitchen, fun game room, super clean and comfortable home. We will be back for our family gathering, made so special at this home on the golf course, walking distance to the beach, and beautiful sunsets!
