Knockout contemporary apartment in heart of World Famous Siesta Key. Bright, airy, flawlessly remodeled and a 1-minute walk to Best Beaches shopping Dining and Entertainment on Island. Alfresco dining from deck and kitchen. Generously sized with picture perfect rooms worthy rooms each in the original Siesta Dreams signature style. Living area with southerly, northerly, and westerly exposure. The perfect solution to enjoying an island getaway without sacrificing comfort. The Location - This will be “easy” just like vacations are supposed to be. It's just a one-block walk to all the best of the Siesta Village - fresh oysters, seafood, tropical drinks, ice cream, entertainment, and even gourmet donuts. The beaches here are the widest on the island, have panoramic views of the gulf to the North-West-and-South, and are the top spot in North America for viewing sunsets. The water is shallow clear and calm with white quartz-sand tide-pools perfect for sleeping drinking or playing. You can swim or “often” wade to Sand Dollar Island, a naturally occurring white sand cay popular with dolphin's sand-dollars and “occasionally” giant-conch. This is the only spot on Siesta where you can go from the water to lunch or dinner and back to the sand without putting on your shirt and shoes. Beach Gear - Correction for Air-b-n-b listings. We provide beach towels and beach chairs at every location, umbrellas and carts at most locations, and do not provide "snorkeling gear" at any locations. Sorry for the confusion. For the less extroverted, every booking comes with an unabashed guidebook detailing the property, all my favorite things to do in the area, and never any advertisements or solicitations. This is the only rental offering of its kind on the key. Terms - Payments are 50% refundable when canceled at least 60 days before arrival. Payments are not refundable when canceled less than 60 days before arrival. Events or gatherings involving outside guests are only allowed with prior approval from the management. Guest agrees to hold the Property Manager and Owner harmless from any liability for injuries while on vacation. *If you prefer insured bookings, we recommend providers Generali and Rental Guardian for Trip-Protection coverage. Events - Many of our properties are wonderful locations for gatherings. Gatherings involving third party vendors or visitors outside your occupancy limit "might" be permitted, but only with prior authorization. Event fees will apply including location fees of between $1000 and $3000 and guest fees of $19 per person in excess of your occupancy limit. Out of consideration for all our travelers, hosting an event requires booking every unit at your property location.
