It will be released back to you after check out. * The cleaning company cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. However, you can leave your luggage at the front desk either before or after your stay. * Cleanings before check-in and after check-out are covered by the cleaning fee. Daily housekeeping is not included, but is available on demand for a price. * The entire building is strictly smoke-free including any balconies. * We have a Nevada State Business License and pay all applicable fees and taxes. * You or someone in your party must be 21 years or older to rent this property Interaction with Guests: The check-in and check-out is similar to a hotel. The front desk is available 24/7 for any maintenance emergencies. Pretty much any other issue should be addressed by sending a message to the host. The front desk will require a credit or debit card at check-in, but it's only for incidentals (spa packages, restaurant, bar, room service) or damage to the property. If you use a debit card for incidentals, the front desk will place a $100-$300 hold on the card during your stay. This will be released after you check out. At least one person in your group must be 21 years of age or older in order to reserve the room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The MGM Signature. Our host was extremely attentive and check in/out was a breeze. We loved the luxury of space that a hotel room does not provide ( 2 baths, small fully functional kitchen, living area) and the decor is lovely. The bed was extremely comfortable & we took advantage of a great fitness center in the lobby. We rented a car & valet parking was free and we completely appreciated the location just off the strip. The hotel was calm and quiet, even leading up to Super Bowl weekend. We would love to book this property again in the future!! Thank you .

BEST PRICE FOR A HIGH-END QUALITY CONDO. The communication with the owner was excellent. Check-in & check-out super easy. Condo is very large, balcony view of mountains, high-end furnishings & kitchen, very clean, bed is very comfortable. Plenty of towels for 2 ppl for a 4-night stay plus shampoo, bath gel, etc. Master bath is huge with soaker tub & large shower, toilet in own space with door. 2nd bath has shower & is good sized. Bedroom is huge, lots of closet space with hangers. Safe for valuables in another closet. Glasses, cups, plates & flatware for 4 ppl. Pots & pans, blender & carafe coffee pot. Floor was super quiet, elevators were fast. There is a deli/cafe & lounge on the main floor of Tower 1 off the lobby of the location of this condo. Walkway is off lobby to MGM Grand & monorail. We used rideshares, approx. 10 min to Vegas strip, longest wait was 15 min. Safe neighborhood, these MGM Condo Towers are gated & manned 24/7. Front desk is manned 24/7 & very helpful. The price for this condo is excellent, we compared it with other condos at the MGM Signature, best price for excellent quality. We're senior citizens & didn't want a noisy unit this was perfect. We were here 12/22 thru 12/25, many families in Tower 1 but none on our floor. We absolutely will stay in this condo again, one of our best VRBO stays & we use VRBO frequently.

The condo had fantastic view from balcony, was in great location, nice amenities, pools etc. there was a smell in unit, so housekeeping came to freshen the sink disposal. The unit only had a few drinking glasses and 2 forks so I called management. But housekeeping came with more bowls and plates which I didn’t need but didnt bring any forks or glasses. Also no furniture on balcony, I guess it is a condo rule or something

We had an amazing stay at this property. The location is great and it is not too far from the strip. I enjoyed having the amenities of a hotel while the comfort and space of a condo. We did have some issues with one of the toilets, but since there was two it was fine. The instructions were clear and the property manager was helpful.

Private and quiet, Minutes walk to the monorail. Priced similar to most hotels, the conveniences this place adds, far outweighs them like two bathrooms and a full kitchen as well as an actual bedroom and balcony. If you are staying at the MGM property or nearby, this would be the best way to go. Owner is very interested in making your stay as good as can be. Will definitely do it again.

The unit was clean and conveniently located to the strip. We were excited to hear that it was going to be a non-smoking building, but the entire time we were there our hallway had the worst pot smell ever. The unit could also use a few kitchen utensils, but other than that our visit was pleasant.

This property was absolutely beautiful and well stocked with linens and all kitchen necessities. Property is in a great location for the stay. Restaurants in the MGM property were numerous and all very good. Security was excellent. Check in and check our was a breeze. I would HIGHLY recommend this property.

To the future clients looking to rent. I rented this unit and had no issues. The unit was clean and in Tower 1 which was closer to everything, the owner was always checking in to make sure our stay was great. I would not think twice to rent from this host again.

This property is exactly as the pictures show. It has lots of space and a huge master bathroom. I loved having coffee in the morning on the patio while eveything is still quite and calm (for Vegas). The coffee pot was a bit small but everything in the kitchen was in good shape and worked well. In my opinion it is in the perfect location located at the back of the MGM property overlooking the pool. It's a very short walk to the pools or to MGM restaurants using the attached covered walkway. Keep in mind this unit is on the 5th floor so when Wet Republic pool is busy it can get loud but with the patio doors closed it's not too bad. We only had one night that there was a party at that pool. It didn't bother my husband at all to sleep but I used ear plugs and it was fine. Property manager provided great information leading up to our stay and was very quick to respond to question. We will definitly stay here again!

We rented this unit from VRBO. The MGM SIGNATURE is a condo hotel but individual people own units and rent them out. This unit is privately owned. I love staying at VRBO properties because they are bigger and more comfortable than regular hotel rooms. This property was no exception. It was immaculate. It had two full bathrooms. We loved the fact that it had a kitchen instead of a minibar (don’t get me started). We went to Vons for soda and snacks. This condo is in building 1 which is closest to the GRAND via a windowed walkway. They have “peoplemovers” to help with the walk if you have bad knees like me. And you can swim in all the pools, including those at the MGM Grand, without the need to pay that stupid resort fee. Each of the Signature buildings has a pool. Building 1 pool is only for adults which was great for us. Building 2 pool is for everyone. You can easily walk to the pools in each building. When we were there, most of the kids went to the GRAND pools for the lazy river. If you are a gym person, my husband liked the gym in building one better than the gym in the grand. We took Ubers everywhere because, not only were they quick and knew where they were going, it was much cheaper than renting a car. And Vegas roads are very congested with lots of cars and construction. Also, we heard from people in the building that there were frequently parking issues at night. BTW. Try Peppermills. It’s like upscale diner with good prices. Try the hot fudge sundae.
