Spacious room very clean. Nice decor. Comfortable bed. Easy check in and out.

The AC was too strong and a bit loud. Phone wasn't working. Generally minor issue.

Firstly, the receptionists 👌🏼👌🏼 and their flexibility. also the room service are cooperative and responds swiftly. Next, all facilities are nearby, including a laundry, supermarket, pizza restaurant and a specialized cafe downstairs. good wifi and high hygiene level

Internet was very good but it cut at the night due to invoice not paid until check out also no worm water in bathroom although it is very cold at night

Location is nearby Train station and airport. Supermarket is next door .

1. Bathroom towels were not available, however it has been provided upon request. 2. Poor soundproof glasses and walls.

very clean Smart TV with Netflix . Bathroom comes with raining shower. location close to train station, some restaurants and markets.

bathroom has no hair dryer. the hand-wash was not hot as it is essential in the cold weather as well as room does not come with heater . the room is not properly sound proof . you can easily hear others outside and they will hear you too.

New hotel. very neat and clean

It's very. Clean and cozy, very near to haramian train and to the museum of sira " life of the Prophet " and lots of restaurant and stores around
