GREAT HOME, GREAT FOR FAMILY TO GATHER OR STAY FOR ASU EVENTS.

WE LOVED THE PROXIMITY TO ASU AS WE WERE THERE FOR AN EVENT. IT WAS A GREAT GATHERING PLACE TO CELEBRATE AND THE POOL WAS A LOVELY BONUS. HOME IS WELL APPOINTED WITH TOWELS, KITCHEN ITEMS, AND GAMES. HOUSE IS SPACIOUS AND CLEAN. NEIGHBORHOOD WAS QUIET.

WE HAD DIFFICULTY WITH MANY OF THE OUTLETS NOT WORKING BUT WE WERE ABLE TO FIGURE OUT A WORK AROUND SO IT WASN'T A BIG DEAL. WE DID CALL THE NUMBER OF THE HOST BUT NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. AGAIN, IT WASN'T A BIG DEAL AS WE FIGURED OUT A WAY TO MAKE IT WORK.

Relaxing, comfortable spot close to everything!

Layout of house was perfect, pool table great, big comfy couch, and tv was easy to use. Fryes close by for picking up staples.

Door lock was hard to engage and could not get it to work sometimes. Pool cold, but may have been time of year.

Very nice, well-equipped property in a very convenient location.

I and three companions were there for the Pheonix Open at TPC Scottsdale in February 2023. Because the tournament coincided with the Super Bowl being played in Glendale, everything was very expensive. This location was at a great price point given the timing and was an easy drive to event parking. The home itself is lovely. Very comfortable for 2 couples with three bedrooms and two baths. If another couple or kids were involved, I would want another bathroom or, at least, a half bath. There's an excellent pool table (very good quality) that was great for us, as one of my companions is an excellent shooter and I have my moments, as well. A couple new, straight sticks would be nice. The kitchen was great, very spacious and very well stocked as far as utensils, cookware, spices, etc. All new appliances and great granite countertop. Two bottles of wine were set out for us at check-in which was very much appreciated and a very nice touch. Big screen Smart TVs in the living room and pool room with decent sound systems. Outstanding. Outside is a nice, though unheated, pool and no option for heating it for an extra charge. Due to the time of year, the water was, unfortunately, too cold to use without a 7-mil wetsuit. Nice patio and outdoor lounge furniture. Leading out to the pool and patio is a large workspace with a desk, chair, and sofa. It appears this space was once part of the patio that has since been enclosed. All in all, a great place to stay for a few days or an extended period and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Unheated/unable to heat pool. Coffee makers not set up in kitchen so a bit awkward to use. A couple new pool sticks. Relatively small master bath with only one sink and standard bathtub/shower setup.

AMAZING PROPERTY and central location to so many places.

They property manager did excellent job communicating with us prior to the trip and days leading up to the trip. We were warned that the front door was heavy and tricky to open. We loved the idea of keyless entry (my home has the same but keypad on the actual door). Though we personally had an issue with this particular lock, the idea of a keyless property was really appealing to us when we got the notification. We loved the property and how many thoughtful things were part of the property.. grocery bags for shopping, coffee pods, seasoning. Even though our group are not big drinkers, other visitors who purchased beverages left what they could not take with and we did the same with any alcohol or spices or kitchen needs. Just a truly lovely property. Wish we were visiting during warmer season to enjoy the pool and/or perhaps the local golf course. We loved playing pool and enjoyed all the puzzles and games that the house had available for the "kids at heart" in our party. The darts for the dart board were all broken. We did not have time to go buy some but if we had stayed longer we would have gladly purchased darts and left for others to enjoy. We did purchase some additional batteries to replace batteries in some of the battery-operated candles and loved all the different dishes and pots and pans that were provided for the home meals we did make for family style dinners. The eldest of our group did not want us to hover over her. She wanted to be independent and yet when we checked out she was the only person to leave something behind. We had one lady who's job was to spot check all rooms and drawers but this one woman said she didn't need any help and had everything. Of course she ended up being the one to leave something in a night stand drawer. Red Awning was awesome tracking it down while we were at the airport and the next day confirmed where to mail the items back to the owner. Excellent and swift service! Thank you so much!!

I am 57 and easily 10 years younger than the rest of the ladies who were my house guests for the long weekend. We did get the door open eventually but took two of us (one pulling on the door) while the other punched in numbers on the wall. When leaving the next day, we realized we did not know how to lock the door! We ended up just leaving one of the bathroom doors unlocked to back yard and just went around to open garage door. We would have used garage door but the garage door opening was not working (maybe just needed new batteries?) We called Craig late at night when we arrived at the property after delayed AA flights to Phoenix getting us in at almost 8:30 pm than we went straight to dinner event in Scottsdate that started at 8 pm. We were supposed to land in Phoenix at 3:30 pm so we thought we would have time to unpack and relax before the dinner. Anyway, we knew we just needed to door code to enter the property but at almost 11:30 pm at night we ended up calling the line and leaving message for the host that we were standing outside of house and unable to get in. We did not get a call back but eventually we were able to get in.

Great place will absolutely stay here again

Everything was beautiful, vlean and gorgeous! Conveniently located, lots of easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping.

The foot of bed frame in the master bedroom gives gnarly bruises in the middle of the night.

Exceptional

I really enjoyed how clean it was when I arrived. And all the amenities that were already available was a nice gesture.

The only thing I had a issue with was the frequent internet drop outs to the tvs. Making Netflix or other streaming services difficult to watch at times. However I understand this was likely a issue with cable company and not in any way controllable by property owner
