Located in Bartlett, this lovely house for $438 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Summary: The Sunset Trace Bungalow is your home away from home in Memphis! Our home can sleep up to 10 guests in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home! Here, you can enjoy a spacious living room, full kitchen, and open patio in a fenced-in backyard! We're located about 10 mins from the Memphis Raceway, 15 mins to 1-40 and 20 mins to downtown and Shelby Farms Park! We would love to host you! The Space: Guests will enter the home through the front door with a digital door code. Once inside, you'll be in a spacious living room with a queen sleeper sofa, large Smart TV, and extra seating. The dining room is just off the front door on the right, where you'll find a large table with bench seating so everyone can hang out together! Just past the dining room is the fully-equipped kitchen where you'll find everything you need to cook a full meal. The hallway off the living room will take you to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The first bedroom has a full bed and there are two full beds in the second bedroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an oversized ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a double sink vanity. The backyard is fenced-in and features a patio table with four chairs and a charcoal grill! Guest Access: The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. Please be aware that this home has street parking for guests. The Neighborhood: Our home is located on the Northeast side of Memphis in a residential neighborhood. Getting Around: Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged! Other Things to Note: We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. Interaction with Guests: We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!

We all draw conclusions regarding the properties we rent, pictures, reviews, ect. Nothing prepared my family for this experience. Instead of being a place to relax, the furniture was extremely uncomfortable. This includes the couch, chairs, and most specifically the Beds. In the room with the two beds, one bed had to moved to facilitate closing the door. Additionally, the light in the room is suspended by exposed wiring. Outlets throughout the property would not hold tension for chargers and appliances, ect. We found 80% of the windows unlocked, some with the screens removed. There are external security doors, but the keys to utilize the deadbolt locks were not available to us. I mention this because the neighborhood is a wash in project vehicles, overgrown yards, and the overall since of an area in decline. All my VRBO experiences have been Postive, with this one is the exception. It was honestly difficult to write the review, as I tend to make the best out of bad situations. In this instance I could not. My family and I would strongly recommend Avoiding this property. You could correct the issues with the house, but not the neighborhood.

This is a great house for a tournament at USA Stadium Complex. Comfortable and well appointed with a quiet neighborhood.
