About this apartment rental
A prime location near Dollar Mountain and the heart of Sun Valley. Single level living with an elevator from the underground parking garage. Free access to most Elkhorn Resort Amenities. Enjoy all Sun Valley has to offer and come back to this beautiful condo to relax after a day of adventure. There is one underground parking spot available for guest use and it is labeled reserved #9. You will not need a parking pass. We will supply you a code to have access to the elevator which you will take to the 2nd floor. We offer contactless check-in. However, we will be available by phone during your stay. Additionally, we offer in-person support/maintenance when needed. Contact information will be provided after booking. The condo is just 4 miles from the world-class skiing on Bald Mountain and is less than a mile from Dollar Mountain. The local bike path winds throughout the neighborhood and connects with the Wood River Valley System for 40 miles of paved biking, rollerblading, and walking. Ketchum, three miles away, and Sun Valley, two miles away, provide the concert pavilion, both indoor and outdoor ice-skating rinks as well as shopping, dining, and entertainment. Our Elkhorn Springs Condominium has free access to most of the Elkhorn Resort Amenities, including two large, shared swimming pools, hot tubs, sauna, tennis/pickleball courts and discounted golf rates are available as well. The outdoor pools are seasonal, mid-June thru mid-September and the hot tub is year-round except for low season maintenance closures mid-April/May and mid-Oct/Nov. Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. If you're planning on cooking, the well-equipped kitchen has high-end stainless-steel appliances, a full-size fridge, 6 burner gas stove and oven, dishwasher, and microwave. There is a two-person island that adds extra prep and dining space in addition to a four-person dining table. Our living room is furnished with comfort in mind to watch your favorite show on the large flatscreen Smart TV. Enjoy the gas fireplace in winter or the air-conditioning in summer and even a private balcony where you can enjoy cool summer mornings and evenings. Free high-speed WiFi makes for the perfect work spot if necessary. Our Elkhorn condo is directly on the free bus route which connects you easily to Bald Mountain, Ketchum, Warm Springs and Sun Valley.

Perfect place for 2 moms/kids to stay to enjoy all Sun Valley has to offer. Amenities were great and place was very clean. Highly recommend!

Loved staying here, was perfect for my husband and I and my uncle who were all in town for work. Easy access to the resort, which is where we were working. Patio has great views. Parking spot in the structure is also easy access. House was spotless and roomy. Lots of outlets to plug in our multiple computers we had with us. Would love to come back, highly recommend!

Large, modern, well furnished. Even had spices which came in handy when we cooked. Great location if you want to stay in elkhorn. My wife and I stayed with our 2.5 year old son and we thought there was plenty of space for everyone. Host was very responsive.

Unit was clean and spacious for the three of us staying there! Loved the heated floors in the bathroom and the Viking range in the kitchen.

This is one of the better places I’ve visited I’ve r the 10+ years that I’ve come to Ketchum for an annual ski race with girl friends. The steam room at the pool was a highlight for sure. I look forward to coming back!

My spouse and I traveled with another couple and this layout was PERFECT! It has the kitchen/living area in the middle with a bathroom & bedroom on each side!

This is a nice place with some negative issues: carpeting was very dirty, bed linens including pillows need upgrade, needs smart tv, and small deck needs more comfortable chairs.

Property was spacious, inviting and excellently located. Very convenient for bus routes and enjoyment of the pool. There is no smart TV or large cable selection, so families should be prepared to bring DVDs for children. It was a great place to spend a few days and we’d definitely come back again!

The property was better than expected - very spacious closets, bathrooms, and laundry room. We had four adults and one young teenager, and we all fit just fine. The only drawback was that the pool / hot tub was only open from noon to 7pm, but that isn't the property owners' fault. Apparently Elkhorn has only been able to find two people to work in the pool area, which has resulted in not being able to be open as long. But other than that, everything was great!

Excellent condo in primo location
My family of four had an excellent stay in this awesome condo. The 2 bed/ 2 bath layout with nice kitchen and living space worked great for my family of 4! Plus, It is an absolutely ideal location—the village pool is SO nice and it right across the street. As are the tennis/pickleball courts, and the golf course. The bus stop is right there as well. Sun Valley was beautiful and next time we come I am definitely gonna try to rent this condo again.

Good value, clean but needs new bed
We thought the place was really good. The AC worked great and was needed the days we were here. Pretty quiet area but close to get to town. The master bed is trending towards a taco and pullout is pretty flimsy but otherwise great,,!

Every conceivable thing that I look for in a condo was there. Magnifying mirror even detergent for the washing machine and dishwasher, very clean, more than basic kitchen items-even coffee filters. Within 4 miles of all shopping and skiing .

Property was warm and comfortable. The pictures do it justice. Our first time in Sun Valley so a little disoriented at first but figured things out in a day or so. Right on the bus line. Convenient to town and the mountain. Jeff and Hollie were very helpful through our stay. All was good.
Except the guy upstairs stomping around at all times of day/night. Not their fault. Just people being inconsiderate. Is what it is.

Clean unit, great air conditioning, convenient garage and access to the pool. Comfortable bed and a nice facility overall. The neighbors upstairs had family over and there was a lot of clomping around above us but it wasn't bad enough to wake us up or cause a real problem. Property manager seemed responsive to minor maintenance issues we reported upon check-out (like slow sink drain, keybox reset button missing). Overall a good experience.

Elkhorn Springs is always fabulous, but unit needs a bit of attention. Holly is an excellent, responsive, engaging, property manager. That totally makes sense considering she’s a real estate agent for high-end properties in Sun Valley. The unit we stayed in needs considerable attention to detail by the house cleaners. Hollie and I discussed the concerns, and I have no doubt that she will tend to the deficiencies. She is a professional in every way. The concerns within the unit in no way affected our stay. We had a great time! !!!

It was all about skiing
The condo met our needs. What I missed where the special touches, that I had expected for the price. The first night was sleepless, since the heater (in bedroom with separated bathroom) would blast on with a bang. I finally figured out to turn down the heater enough at night so it wouldn't come on. Hair dryers in both bathrooms would have been nice. The condo has two master suites (which is great) but there were only two bar stools. The dining area had no light and no room for a dining table. The round table was small with four stools. There were no napkins.
We enjoyed ourselves in and around Sun Valley. The missing special touches were minor.

Great Condo, great layout, great Manager!
Everything they said in the description. Great place to stay. We know the area well, and stayed in many condo's and this one is right at the top for me. The comments about blinds were right on. Really liked the new blinds in the bedrooms. But could still used some simple light blinds in the main room as it sometimes feels like you're in bit of a fishbowl. Holly wasn't in town, but still took a call from outside the country, and her colleague came right over when I called him to confirm which parking space to use. They were great, the place is great!

Great layout, newer condo, in a terrific location
My family enjoyed staying in Elkhorn. Close to everything, easy walk to Sun Valley and town. Great amenities (pool, tennis, golf) and perfect place to stay.
