We enjoyed our stay here! The property is well-equipped and had everything we needed. We enjoyed that I was located within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Tammy was quick to respond to messages and very accommodating. Definitely recommend!

This was my second time staying at this property. Spent a night there with my grown daughters. Had a great time. Perfect weather for sitting on the deck in the evening. Everything was super clean. Great attention to detail.

I honestly don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a cleaner place. This place was freaking spotless! And that says a lot cause I’m a clean freak. Also loved that both bathrooms had built in personal heaters so you can make them extra toasty and warm. And the firepit out back was perfect for our fall stay. The place had just about everything we needed but we did notice it didn’t have a hairdryer or a full length mirror. Nothing major but just some comfort things. Also thers no oven but the microwave worked just fine. Ther were plenty of towels, extra blankets and even shampoo and conditioner. And if you forget anything the gas station (5 min walk away) has personal care items, some groceries and fire wood. The train is very close and blows its horn at night but it only lasts for like a minute. I wore my earplugs and don’t hear a thing while sleeping. Overall one of the best places I’ve stayed at and would definitely stay here again!

Charming, cozy, clean, and comfortable house in McGregor was a perfect home base for exploring riverside towns, parks, and trails. Would recommend to anyone planning a stay in the area.

Very comfortable stay. Home is decorated very cute and conveniently located. Walking distance from town and close enough to explore Decorah and Prairie Du Chen. Highly recommended!

We walked in and were immediately impressed with the feel, comfort, cleanliness, and decor of the house. Looking for a laid back weekend and easy access to Blues Festival in Prairie du Chein. We were not disappointed. Great deck with large table and view. Loved this little “River town”.

We could not have been more pleased with this rental. From the picturesque outdoor deck seating to the cozy decor and comfy bed. Hands down the cleanest pet friendly home. Our time was spent mostly fishing so boat/trailer parking was a must and the adjacent empty lot made this easy in/out. Highly recommend!!!

The stairs were killers for me (bad knee) but it was very comfortable and the location was perfect.👍😁

This was one of the best rentals we’ve ever stayed in. It was perfect for our family of 4 and our dog. Everything was spotless and appeared brand new inside. Towels and bedding were clean, comfortable, and plentiful. The king bed was extremely comfortable as was the extra cot in the bedroom. Wifi worked great which is a must for us. The gate on the deck stairs allowed us to hang out on the deck and not worry about our dog running down. Beautiful views of McGregor and the river. We sat on the deck every day to listen to the birds and noticed that a hummingbird sat on the wires across the road throughout the day every day. It was an unexpected delight. We walked down to get dinner at Old Man River one night which was very good. It was the perfect location for us to visit the Rendezvous in PDC across the bridge and enjoy the beauty of the Driftless. Would highly recommend this rental! We’ll be back!
