About this house rental
A short two-block stroll will lead you to the beach. Games, fire pit, and hammocks. Free beach supplies, bikes, kayaks. Remodeled bathroom, coffee/tea bar, waffle maker, comfy beds, relaxing living room. We have 6 surfboards for you to use and some of the best surfing three blocks away. Are you bringing a dog? We have a large fenced-in backyard. You can walk your dog on the beach from sunrise to 10 AM and 4 PM until sunset each day on this part of the beach. Our family stays here as well and this is what we love: -Comfortable beds -Reclining leather sofas -Screened-in porch where I can smoke a cigar and sit in the hot tub (absolutely no smoking inside the home!) -Cruiser bikes to go a few blocks away for coffee in the morning, eats, ice cream, the beach, and fishing. -Privacy of three different rooms to get away when we need to. -Honestly, we are two blocks from some of the best beach in Florida. There is not high rises towering over you. It is beach homes and large dunes.

We had a lovely stay at this charming little beach bungalow only two blocks away from the beach. It fit my family of seven comfortably and we enjoyed all the “fun extras”…games for the kids, kids pool table, massage chair :), reclining leather sofas, bicycles, beach chairs, and even a variety of coffee K-cups! Brian was an AMAZING host! Quick to respond to any question or concern and really thought of EVERYTHING a family could want or need on a vacation. The house was very clean and convenient to downtown Cocoa Beach. My favorite part of our vacation was riding our bikes to the beach and restaurants nearby. If you are looking for a quiet location, close to the beach, family friendly (and pet friendly), and reasonably priced…then look no further! Paradise awaits at Brian’s house!

Such a perfect family friendly and pet friendly home! We had a blast in the large backyard with all the fun activities that were on the property. The beach was perfect walking distance, we were able to put our 1 year old in the little green wagon and take him to and from. Property manager was incredibly kind and super responsive! Would 10/10 recommend and love to stay again! Thank you Brian ☺️

We had a great time! Originally a little trouble finding the spot but once we did it was amazing. Walking distance to the beach and a lot of great places to eat. House is a bit small but had everything we needed and the yard is HUGE! We didn’t want to leave when our checkout time came.

The property was perfect for our 2 families to vacation together. Plenty of room for all 9 of us. We loved all the extras-toys, beach necessities, bikes, hot tub, etc. Location was perfect-just a short walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants as well. Brian was a fabulous host, he truly went above and beyond to make sure we all had the best time! I highly recommend booking this property with Brian!

We had a one night stay and it was enjoyable. We went to the beach which was less than 2 blocks away. The home was clean and comfy.
That night a space 🚀 was launched but due to the clouds we couldn't see it. It would of been great to have that experience to view the launching so close.

I live in Los Angeles and found this place to visit a friend. Great neighborhood for walking and riding bikes! Super close to downtown hot spots too. Walked to the beach nightly. HUGE chill background and loved sitting in the hot tub after work. Brian was AWESOME. He truly went above and beyond answering all my questions during the stay and was super nice. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!
Ps. The Miss Pac-Man arcade game in the kids room was a BLAST :-)

We had a misunderstanding (ours) but Brian was so very understanding and accommodating! The only issue was some cut wood in piles but that may have been from the hurricane.

This property is in a great location, short walk to the beach and just a few blocks to downtown. We couldn’t hear any noise from either area ever when they were busy. There are plenty of towels, so no need to bring any. We did not use them but there are Kayaks and Paddle boards too. There is plenty of beach stuff, an umbrella, several beach chairs, a few sand toys, knee boards, noodles, and a wagon to help get it all to the beach. There are also corn hole boards and bags, and gas grill. Plenty of yard chairs and a big table if you want to eat or sit outside. The kitchen has most of what you need for cooking, pot, pans, cookie sheet, large bowls, cooking utensils, and of course plates, utensils, and cups. There is a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. Most rooms have ceiling fans, but we had to ask Brian how to use the one in the living room. It doesn’t use switches but pull chains to turn on lights and fan. The hot tub was clean, but we couldn’t figure out how to get it to heat up, probably user error. All the beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows, and there were extra blankets and pillows if you need them. Brian, the owner, was awesome! He quickly responded to and answered all our questions and was super nice. We got to meet him our last night because he stayed in the unit next door. He even offered us another night for free since we were leaving on a Wednesday and he had no one coming in until Friday , which we took, just so we didn’t have to hurry getting out of there the next day.
Cocoa Beach was so fun and relaxing, we will definitely go again and stay at this property.
We highly recommend the restaurant, Coconuts on the Beach, they have great food, all the fish tasted amazing!! Ashley, one of the head waitresses, was awesome and always made us feel at home.

Cocoa Beach
Overall, we had a great stay at this property. When you pull up, you can tell the neighborhood is going through an upgrade. When we got into the property, everything was clean and appealing to the eyes. The layout is good and there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes and not bad at all. The only downside we found was that the sink/tub drain slow and a couple times, the outside bugs like to visit. Those items were addressed and taken care of ASAP. It Florida in the summer, so it wasn't a big deal. The owner is doing a lot of upgrades to the property and I would book again when we return to Cocoa.
