This is a new VRBO listing! It is a detached guest house of 520 square feet of living space on the ground floor. Bayfield is between Durango and Pagosa Springs: there is no need to change hotels in order to enjoy both tourist towns! I am a nurse and infection control is important to me. I clean the guest house thoroughly. Normally I require a 2-night minimum stay. However, if it is late in the day and you would like to stay here for that night only, send me a message to see if it is possible...it just may be! This guest house provides a studio layout. The king bed has a luxurious foam mattress. The kitchen is stocked with dishware and cookware, coffee and tea, and has full-sized appliances and charming kitchen table. There is a storage area between the kitchen and bathroom for luggage, extra food, hanging clothes, etc. The bathroom is lovely with a large shower. There is ample parking in the driveway. We have a Blue Heeler puppy in the main house's back yard, which is fully fenced. Deer bed down during the day in the shade trees of the property.
