This subdivision is located close to all amenities and roads to Inverness, Crystal River, Hernando and Ocala. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a separate dining room, a TV room, open living room and a fully equipped kitchen with access to the laundry room and garage. It has a wonderful view from the lanai at the pool with high shrubs so your privacy guaranteed. Very comfortable living room furniture, a large open kitchen with a large breakfast bar and high chairs. The living room opens up to the large lanai and pool. The 4 bedrooms are accessible from the living room and the kitchen. The master bedroom is very spacious with access to the pool and a large bathroom with plenty of storage room. There are two separate bedrooms that share a bathroom with each two twin beds and one bedroom has a queen bed with another (hall) bathroom. From this bathroom you can access the lanai and the pool. We do charge for the heating fee ($10 per day or a flat fee per month) of the pool. POOL HEATING is OPTIONAL. The heater is not running continuously and with colder temperatures, there is NO guarantee that the pool will be warm enough. WHEN requested, the fee is $25 per day. Please ask agent. The washer and dryer are conveniently located in the laundry room. Larger garage. There is an extra room in between the laundry room and the garage. Great playroom for kids or store your items.
