The location was great to explore Groveland and easy to get to Yosemite which we did really early and encountered no problems finding parking. the air conditioning worked great as the temperatures were close to 100 degrees. It fit our 3 generation family well. The kids loved seeing the deer in the morning sleeping under the deck. If it wasn't so hot we could have enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. Looks like new and large washer and dryer.

Although clean, be aware that it is outdated. We struggled with the kitchen equipment. Could use some good frying pans and pots. Games and puzzles are missing pieces and all mixed up. Bring your own.

Great location and great layout of the house. We loved it!

The only thing was we wished it had a bigger TV.
