Beautiful villa only steps to the beach with new resort-style pool, spa and outdoor living space. With five bedrooms and five and half bathrooms, the villa is beautifully furnished and comfortably accommodates twelve guests. With over 5,000 square foot of living space and 2,000 square foot of decks, you will enjoy the amazing ocean views, gourmet kitchen, two fireplaces, multiple dining table options, convenient elevator and abundant seating areas to gather together - or find a quiet space on your own!. Located on a quiet street, it is less than a minute walk from the beach access and a few minutes from Wild Dunes resort. The backyard is the location of a large sports pool with a tanning ledge and spa. Both the pool and the spa can be heated for an additional charge. Lounge chairs are available on the tanning ledge, the travertine deck or on the shaded veranda. Comfortably furnished, the veranda has a large screen TV, see through fireplace, bar and a grill. Through the door, the ground floor features ample parking and a finished garage area for ping pong and darts. The first floor of this villa is where you will find four bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. There are two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom and bunk room with a full size bed over a queen bed on this floor. Enjoy watching TV on the 84" smart TV, plug in for video gaming, enjoy the stereo system, play a game, put together a puzzle or enjoy a snack from the kitchenette with full size refrigerator and microwave. Head on up to the top floor of the reverse floor plan design, take in the stunning ocean views and enjoy the multitude of seating areas, inside and out. With an open floor plan that features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, oversized kitchen island, wet bar with icemaker, an expansive living room and a large dining table there is plenty of seating for everyone. Two ocean facing balconies also provide a sitting area, a swing bed, outdoor dining table table and table for the kiddos. This level also features a large master suite, complete with an en-suite bathroom, sitting area, fireplace, and private balcony. On the rooftop deck you can enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets with unobstructed views of the ocean. Sneak up after dark to experience incredible star gazing or spend the afternoon enjoying the sunshine. Where Else would you want to be! Create special memories and come back year after year.

Loved everything about it! From the location to the decor. We had an amazing weekend with plenty of room for everyone. We loved watching football on the outdoor tv by the fireplace while some were enjoying the hot tub next to us. Also have to include the beautiful view of the ocean and sunsets off the porches!! Would highly recommend this property and cannot wait to return!

Took a long weekend over Labor Day with friends, stayed 4 nights/5 days. Property Manager met us onsite upon arrival to show us how to operate everything inside/outside, very convenient and helpful! We only had 4 adults in our party so way more house then we needed but the entertaining spaces indoors and outdoors is what sold it for us. Amazing ocean views from terraces and the back yard/pool area was so much fun. House was super clean and ready for us upon arrival and everything was in great working order. Would definitely stay here again!

Highly enjoyed this vacation! Beautiful property with amazing views. The day bed on the top porch was the most comfortable and relaxing thing I’ve ever been on. Will definitely be returning for my next trip to isle of palms.

Nothing short of spectacular! Our family has vacationed many times with grandparents, adult children and grandchildren, and without question, this home was our favorite. Perfectly located for a short walk to the beach, and the ocean views from the numerous outdoor levels are beautiful. The home is nicely decorated, clean and the kitchen is fully equipped and has upgraded appliances. The new pool, and outdoor lounge area with a fireplace and TV might possibly been the best feature. Many great memories were made, and we will visit again!

Well appointed and well maintained, large home one lot removed from the beach. Pool area was perfect for family with young children. We had no rain, but this house is ideal if you have a rainy afternoon with kids. Lots of room to explore and run. A good week all around

Everything was perfect! The house, the pool, the views. Lots of room the spread out, very clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee with a book or wine durning the golden hour on the second story deck’s large swing bed overlooking the ocean. Neighbors were friendly and the area was quiet and clean. Great location in proximity to shopping and dining options. Owner & property manager were both super helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

This home is gorgeous and the location and views are amazing. This house is perfection in every way. Each detail is so well thought out and perfect for entertaining. It is even better than the pictures and the host provides excellent service. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This was a wonderful home for our girlfriend reunion week in Charleston.
We loved lounging on the expansive decks and porches, enjoying beach views
and dipping our feet in the beautiful pool. The house has a fully equipped kitchen,
laundry room, and beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. We all agreed that it was the
nicest home any of us had ever rented. The Great Room/ Dining Room had a casual
elegance. The second living room was a great quiet space for reading. I can't say
enough good things about this beautiful home!

Everything was wonderful! The house is beautiful and very comfortable. The pool area is amazing. I'm very picky about rental homes, and this house exceeded my expectations. The host and property manager were also very easy to work with and accessible. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

We had a group of 6 who celebrated 60 together and what a beautiful home to celebrate in!! This home has everything you could want! The furnishings, the layout, the porches, the backyard with the pool and seating area with a fireplace and the view!!!! We enjoyed everything about this home and highly recommend it!!

We completely lucked out renting this amazing property after our other rental cancelled our booking just a week before checking in. Seeing this available we questioned what was wrong with it but it turned out to be completely perfect! It was even more beautiful in person, views gorgeous, spotless, & loved the many areas to spread out! The owner even reached out with concerns regarding pending hurricane, we really appreciated that. This home will be our 1st choice for all family gatherings in Charleston going forward! “Perfect” just keeps coming to mind!! Very thankful for the memories!

The location and house are just perfect. The home has many views of the ocean and comfortable furniture on all decks and rooms. The elevator was a huge help moving stuff up and down. Even the beds were super comfy. Highly recommend.

Amazing stay
Beautiful property at a beach we have visited for years. Comfortable and luxurious, might as well have been oceanfront with its location. Quiet part of sometimes crowded beach. Will definitely stay here again. A pool was the only way thing we missed having!

Absolutely Incredible!
We have been traveling to Isle of Palms for years and this is without a doubt the nicest home we have ever stayed in. The view is amazing, the beach is right there and the decor is impeccable. The second level of the home where the kitchen and living room are is where we spent most of our time when not at the beach. It is a huge space with the ocean view out of almost every window. The porches all have great seating. I suspect many guests will spend a lot to time out there as we did. The elevator was also great for transport luggage and groceries. I really could go on and on about the place...extremely clean, great communication with the owner and property management prior, during and after our visit. To top it all of off, the owner said she was going to install a BRAND NEW POOL for next season! WOW! We will definitely be back!

Absolutely perfect!
This beautifully updated house was perfect for our extended family vacation. There was room for everyone at the huge kitchen table and island, and there was plenty of seating on the extra large sectional for hanging out. The teens also enjoyed having their own space on the the lower level for late night gaming and tv. The porches are amazing, with beautiful views of the ocean and comfortable seating, including an awesome bed swing for napping. Will definitely be a return guest!

Perfect place for an amazing getaway!!
We were one of the first guests to stay in this amazing home and loved it! The views of the ocean were beautiful and we could hear the waves and fell the sea breezes. The house had so many places for us all to gather - two living rooms, an outdoor sitting area, a swing bed and a fabulous roof top deck. We also had the option of two large tables that held twelve people. And the beach was only a few steps away - we rented chairs and an umbrella and spent the day enjoying playing on the beach. Plenty of parking, luxury linens, beautiful furniture and decor. The kitchen was fully equipped and also had a Subzero refrigerator, Viking range, three ovens! Highly recommend!
