It truly is the best of both worlds. The Secluded Terrace Oasis is a stunning corner suite that offers ultimate privacy, professionally designed to cultivate a soothing atmosphere equipped with every required comfort to ensure a peaceful and relaxing holiday for families or friends travelling together. The suite includes two bedrooms, each containing a cozy queen-size bed; the living room couch is available for one additional common area sleep space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking essentials to enjoy a short or long stay. However, the property's crown jewel is the immaculate 1700-square-foot private terrace, fully furnished with outdoor dining, lounge couches and seating. Staying with us puts you at the center of it all. With famous landmarks, including the legislature building, the Empress Hotel, and Craigdarroch Castle, within reach, as well as whale watching, ghost walks, and local festivals, guests are immersed in the city's vibrant atmosphere. Business License: #00042502 Policies and Booking Requirements Age Requirement: Our policy requires the guest making the reservation to be at least 25 years old in order to book. Cancellation: By confirming this booking, guests agree to our cancellation policy. If you are concerned you may need to cancel outside of the policy, we suggest guests acquire travel insurance to assist in mitigating any losses. Check-in: We provide self-check-in with a standard check-in window of 4:00 - 7:00 pm. We ask that guests arriving past the standard window carefully read their check-in instructions and reach out with any questions prior to their arrival, as our support team is only available until 7:00 pm. Moreover, we kindly ask that guests arriving in the evening are mindful to keep noise to a minimum. Occupancy: Our policy permits only the number of guests booked initially to occupy the suite. Good location, walking distance to shops, and tourist places. Great place to stay, it was on a quiet street, while still being close to the action. Secure building, with secure parking. The extra large veranda was great for the dogs. The condo was plenty big enough for four guests and two small dogs. 😊

This was the perfect place for a group of girlfriends for the night! Plenty of room inside and out! Easy walking to everywhere, even though it looks a bit farther away on a map it really is close to everything!

Beautiful place. The location is perfect. Walking distance to everything downtown has to offer. The only time we got back in our car was to visit the Butchart Gardens. And that was a scenic 25-minute drive. But if you are traveling more than us while here, the secure garage is very convenient and safe. We look forward to staying again on our next visit. Thanks. Nicely appointed large space with huge deck downtown. Safe parking onsite. Quiet as a city can be. Walk to nearly everything. Hosts made check in and check out a breeze. Will be staying again!
