The property was as advertised very clean plenty of room everything worked great Nice backyard with a little pool with highly recommend staying here if you're in the area very easy to deal with and no problems just the way I like it.

Beautiful home with lots of space. Neighborhood seems pretty nice. Lots of speed bumps. Pretty close to anything you need. Communication was great. If your looking for a lovely home while on vacation this is a great spot. **The only downside is privacy. Owner lives next door and the fence seperating her house and the rental can be seen through pretty easy and also has cameras around home. Its not a breaking point for me but I do like some since of privacy. If this aint no big deal to you then this is a great spot.**

We reserved this house for family coming to our youngest daughter's wedding. Everyone had plenty of room and were able to be rested in the comfortable accommodations! Nice house and Alicia was a great hostess!

We all had wonderful family time together in Alicia’s lovely home! There was plenty of room for all seven of us. We also enjoyed the pool table and our two year old twins were so excited to play in the pool with supervision. I consider the price we paid to be an exceptional value. I hope that we’ll have the opportunity to stay there again!

The place was very clean, spacious, and welcoming. 5 TVs, pool, pool table, large washer and dryer. Host took very good care of us without hovering over us. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

This property looked small from the outside but the inside was amazing. Awesome layout, pool table and each bedroom had a tv. Perfect for our mini family Xmas vacation. She even had decorated the outside.

My first time using VRBO was a great experience due to a great owner. The property was exactly as advertised. Quaint, well furnished 4 bedroom with large screen TVs in every room (just need your own streaming service). The kitchen had all the appliances needed to for what ever is on the menu and there is an outside grill at your disposal. A nice bonus was the game room complete with Pool table. The owner was quite responsive. We messaged her asking if there was gas for the grill and within the 1/2 hour Alicia responded and delivered propane. Can't ask for better than that! Location was as expected inside the Tampa city limits, but very conveniently located to the airport, downtown and Raymond James Stadium. 4 bedrooms was a plus and the price was very reasonable! Was a very nice comfortable couple of days!

Nice stay, but tucked away

The house was nice, and roomy. There was enough room for everyone to stay. The pool table was a nice touch, as well as the grill. It was tucked quite a bit away in the middle of a neighborhood, which I didn't love, but otherwise a great overall stay. There was a neighborhood park, and it was close enough to everything we needed.
