This place is perfect for several reasons, location, location, location, it's a five-minute walk to Main Street and the fairground. The cottage has two bedrooms and two baths, perfect for two couples. (rating mattresses at medium-firmness) The time spent at the house was relaxing in the backyard drinking wine and whisky on the patio or enjoying the outdoor firepit. (bring your own wood) Check-in was super easy and communication with the host was amazing!

The house was great. It had everything we needed--location, size, and quality. The reservation service made things really easy. We had a big tree limb fall in a storm, and the clean up was quick and quiet. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice stay at this little cute country home . Was very clean , ceiling fan in room needed a little attention but great otherwise. Are was nice and quiet for a nice relaxing time. Only downside is you can hear church bells on Sunday morning if you are a light sleeper. Overall was really nice and would probably stay here again .

Property was just as described. Cozy accommodations and the property had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable, and a great covered patio in the backyard. Blocks away from shopping and dining. We’ll be back! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

I had a wonderful experience staying at this VRBO property! The great news is that the property is exactly as described. It's a cute house with comfortable furnishings, and the nice backyard added to its charm (even though I didn't get a chance to use it, I enjoyed the view through the windows). One of the best features of the property is its convenient location. The short walk to downtown allowed me to explore the area easily and indulge in some delicious food, wine, and shopping. After an enjoyable time downtown, the journey back to the property was a breeze. Considering I stayed during the Texas summer, the efficient A/C was a lifesaver! The Nest thermostat was set to a refreshing 62 degrees one night, and I truly appreciated the cool ambiance as I drifted off to sleep in the comfortable bed. (I did bump the thermostat to a more reasonable temp before retiring!) I must also commend the management company for their excellent service. I accidentally left my wallet behind after checking out. Thankfully, they promptly assisted me by remotely opening the door, allowing me to retrieve my belongings without any hassle. Overall, my experience at this property was fantastic, and it has earned a spot on my list for future visits to Fredericksburg. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delightful and hassle-free stay in the area.

Great location, roomy, showers were very nice, back porch and yard definitely a plus, kitchen had everything needed even though we ate out. Only crazy thing were the creaky floors. Would/will definitely like to stay there again.

We love this house. Fourth year having our girls weekend in this house. Easy walk to town. Love sitting on back porch enjoying mimosas and sitting by fire pit drinking wine. We will definitely be back next year for our 5th girls weekend.

Enjoyed stay - clean, well decorated, good location. Surprised that we never saw nor heard from owner other than check-in or check-out information via email. Would have liked some local information other than that from brochures.

We visited Fredericksburg with another couple and had a lovely stay in this home. It was clean, comfortable and updated (in the right places). We spent the days in hill country, put the car away and walked into town for dinner and then came home for a fire in the backyard at night. Everything was exactly what we wanted.

This is our first VRBO experience and it cant be topped. The check in/out was easy. The house is beautiful, cozy, and spacious, and there was no detail to our comfort left out. Walking distance to main street shopping and restaurants is a plus. Perfect for couples or girls get-a-way!

Girls weekend away. The house was conveniently located and very clean. We got into town a few hours earlier than the 3 PM check in time. The house was already clean and ready for our arrival with keyless entry, but we were not allowed to check in early to drop our bags before we headed out shopping. In an industry where a customer service goes a long way, we were all disappointed that this small request that could have been easily fulfilled was refused. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This house is perfect! It has the perfect charm for the area. It is adorable. It had everything we needed. Ceiling fans in each room, black out blinds, cold AC. Super cozy cottage! Will def book here again! Fire pit in the back was relaxing!!! Close to everything to either walk, if its not too hot, or a 2 min drive to park on Main street and shop or eat.
