Acerca la playa centro, y el bote (Close to most things)

Located 10 to 15 minute walk to el centro o la playa en frente La Monina Restaurant. I like the small beach and good snorkeling in front of this restaurant. You only pay for food and drinks. 2 x 1 cerveza a 5pm. Short walk to lots of restaurants. Short walk to the boat. Good location. Everything works, air, coffee maker, tv con netflix, caliente agua. Bed is firm, wish it was softer.

Could use a good cleaning all over, but still not bad.

Die Lage war gut.

Das Zimmer war sehr modrig, verschimmelt und sehr feucht, das Atmen fiel sehr schwer. Es stand ein Wasserentzieher im Zimmer, aber bringt nichts. Auch gibt es Probleme mit dem Abfluss, isbesondere stinkt es aus der Dusche bestialisch wenn es leicht regnet. Das Doppelbett ist sehr klein und falls man Brösmel liegen lässt gibt es sehr viele Ameisen. Kontakt zum Gastgeber aufzunehmen war per Mail/Booking nicht möglich.

• Sehr netter Host, reagierte blitzschnell auf die Buchung und Fragen • Problemloser CheckIn/Checkout über Türcodes und Schlüsselkästen • Hohes Sicherheitsgefühl durch Kameras, Vorhängeschlösser, Gitter • Die Nachbarschaft an sich hat ebenfalls sicher gewirkt • Die Unterkunft bot viel Platz, war perfekt sauber und mit Kochutensilien, einer Kaffeemaschine, einem Kühlschrank ausgestattet. • Sehr bequemes Bett • Super Lage, alles war fußläufig zu erreichen und dennoch sehr ruhig. • Preis-Leistung top. Wir kommen gerne wieder. DANKE 😊

Great value for a low maintenance stay that's an easy 5 minute walk to downtown

This was a comfortable small apartment/studio. The photos and description are very realistic. The aircon worked a treat when needed however didn't need it during the night. The kitchen has the basics you need and a supermarket is not too far away so light food prep is easy. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very good and the water temperature was just right, as was the pressure. Great customer-focused management - support was quick via messaging on the bookings app and they were quick to bring an extra sheet and water bottle. Overall highly recommend it for the value, comfort and ease of walking anywhere you need. Also felt very safe.

The padlock to the gate to get in and out is so small and difficult to see & open, especially from the inside that I feel as though that alone distracts from such a good experience. I hope they come up with a better solution. Not having a trash bin in the kitchen/living room seems to be an omission. It's unfortunate that there is construction next door from 7 am Monday-Saturday and it does get very loud, there's not much the property can do about that and if you are out and about each day it shouldn't impact your stay too much.

We stayed 4 nights and only had 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel 1 set of sheets...would have been nice to have at least a couple of sets of towels and sheets

Location location location

Close to the waterfront, good food, and shops. The property is clean and quiet with great amenities. Safe and walkable neighborhood.

There is construction going next door to this location. They usually start around 7am and end around 5pm. It wasn't a problem for me since i usually wake up early..

The room more than met expectations minus the difficult locks on the gates

Loved the rapid response, clean modern and bigger and better than the pictures look of the apt. Exceeded expectations.

Messing with the locks at the gate in the middle of the night while fighting and getting bit by painful mosquitoes wasn't fun. The lock box to the room was fine, the locks on the gates were nearly impossible. Also wasn't given the correct unit and was forced to disturb other guests until we could locate the correct unit.

Very poor

The cleaners were friendly.

I could not shower the first night because of the shower head. The fridge had molds on the silicone sealing and wouldn’t shut properly. Someone came the second morning and fixed the shower header so I could shower the second day but he said he would buy the fridge tomorrow morning and I checked out by then. Also they claim they have fibre optic internet but I was only getting 9mbps. I told Booking.com but no one was willing to allow an early check out or refund my money.
