The Neighborhood: Enjoy nearby access to Cotton Tree Beach, just minutes from the apartment, walking distance to a number of shops and cafes, and a short 5 min drive up Aerodrome Rd to spend a day shopping in the newly expanded Sunshine Plaza. Because of the central location, it’s a simple drive further north to climb Mount Coolum, or visit Hastings St in Noosa, or even plan a family trip with the kids just around the corner at Sea Life Mooloolaba. Other beaches to note: - Maroochydore Beach 0.9 Km, nine-minutes walk or two-minutes drive - Alexandra Headland Beach 0.5 Km, six-minutes walk or two-minutes drive Getting Around: Cotton Tree Beach is just minutes away on foot, as are plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally. *Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay.
