No Guys weekends, No Girls weekends! Guest access This rental property includes the whole house and surrounding areas including the Jetty and Pontoon...You will have the entire house to yourself. Access to the house is via inclinator and access between the house levels is via stairs. Other things to note Please don't park anywhere beside 24 Cowan Drive space down the hill, accommodates up to 3 cars, need to squeeze to fit... Please drive up and down with caution as it is a steep decline/incline. Preferable if you have AWD or 4WD vehicle. Can be done in 2WD, but only recommended if you are confident driver.
