Ambience, staff, host, location, cleanliness, neighbourhood, quietness and breakfast. Had a great conversation with Sam and our helper Sujeet was extremely helpful.

Pleasant stay, Warm heart owner. Staff are very nice. Breakfast was very tasty.You all are very good.

Rate is on higher side. Hopefully will get cheaper next time.

Walking distance from the sea with a very cozy vibe. Sujith was very kind and helpful throughout the stay. Morning Tea by him was specifically superb. Amazing property in all.

The access to the property was difficult.The entrance was a narrow path and driving through it was difficult. No TV in the room..Room was very clean. Food was OK.Not tasty. Service was good.

We arrived at the property at around 12:00 am... And we said we wanted food. The caretaker Saurav mondal cooked us fresh food n delivered within half an hour. Hats off to such dedication. We checked out at around 11:45 pm with no questions asked. Room was awesome neat n clean. Breakfast spread was good. The back side of the stay faces the sea, it was bful. Very good experience. I would recommend all to visit this property.

First day it was very noisy people having drink party perhaps. The road leading to the property is very narrow. First morning breakfast was average. Good 8

The property was excellent. Entire team was very cooperative. Room's and surrounding were very neat and clean. Complementary Breakfast served was excellent. Conveyance for local sightseeing was arranged. Felt very comfortable and safe during the stay. Nice place for the family to stay with full safety.

The location is just 5 mins from TRV Airport & Bang on Shankhamukham Beach , actually the beach is just at the backyard where you can easily spend your mornings or evenings. This is primarily a fishing beach with a lot of local fishermen around always busy in their work .I too pulled fishing nets with them .The Homestay Helpers Asha & Sujith were exceptional in their service & support .

Our's was a quadruple room & only two towels were provided. They should provide per head towels at least .Rest is all fine

The location was close to beach....but away from City Central. The homestay was okay okay...

Very very cramped rooms. The worst was the so called complementary breakfast....we were 4 adults and the owner served us 11 idlis....when we asked for more he gave us another 4 and vanished. We had to go out and fill over stomachs elsewhere. It was ala carte....and he made sure there was no buffet. Though the place was ok, the attitude of the owner does matter a lot

.The location is fantastic. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. The Owner went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely recommend this Seaside Homestay for anyone visiting Trivandrum .
