Nestled in Stafford Township, this lovely house for $968 per night is a great option for your next trip. Enjoy a perfect, memorable family vacation in a contemporary home featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, an open floor plan and spectacular water views from every room, located in The Coves section of Beach Haven West. Have fun and spend time together both inside and out! The living room with high vaulted ceiling has a cozy gas fireplace and double sliding doors that open to an upper deck where you can grill just steps from an outdoor eating area. The spacious lower deck, fenced-in backyard and attached dock has something for everyone! Sit back and enjoy the views from a comfy outdoor seating area, take out a single or tandem kayak for a trip around the lagoon, chill and chat in Adirondack chairs around a firepit, or play a game of cornhole. Bring your water toys and take advantage of 72 feet of dock/bulkhead, great for swimming, fishing, crabbing and more! You can also go on morning walks, runs or bike on our wide, peaceful neighborhood streets. When the sun sets, continue the fun inside in our decked-out great room. A 130” projector equipped with Apple TV is perfect for movie nights. Or break out one of the many games in the storage coffee table for family game night! This room also has a spot for the gamer (or work from home) with a 32” external monitor you can plug right into. Another workspace is in the upstairs king bedroom with relaxing views of the lagoon for guests working remotely. Still want more? Long Beach Island is just a 10-15 min drive away. (4) Ship Bottom beach badges, (4) beach chairs, and a beach umbrella are available for use. For night-long fun, Atlantic City is only 30 min drive away. Check out some of the amenities included: 2 king bedrooms with outdoor access and a 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds and 1 bunk 3 full baths + outdoor shower (just bring your favorite toiletries) 2 decks with outdoor dining and seating; plenty of patio furniture 2 double kayaks, 2 single kayaks, 1 stand up paddleboard and 7 adult life jackets 4 bikes (bring your own helmets) 2 dedicated workspaces with 32” external monitor (1 w/ HDMI and 1 w/ DP cable); 1 is set up for a gamer (bring your own laptop or gaming device) Wifi (capable of 800mbps) Smart TVs in living room and in the 2 king bedrooms (no cable service) High def 130" projector with Apple TV (in-app purchases NOT included) 4 adirondacks with firepit (firewood NOT provided) Outdoor (propane) grill. (Please use foil, clean and replace cover after it has cooled down) Pillows & linens provided (but NO towels). The clean linens are provided in plastic bags. Off-street parking for 3 cars (please do not park in front of our neighbors’ homes) 4 Ship Bottom beach badges ($50 will be charged for each lost or missing badge) Keurig coffee maker (for single pods or carafe) Specifically excluded are the indoor hot tub, wood burning stove, loft library and closets located in the great room. Please do not use or access. The garage is also excluded and monitored with a camera (video/audio). Please do not access the garage except when you have to get cleaning implements (e.g. vacuum). Before booking this house, please read the following carefully. Maximum 8 occupants per town license. Stafford township requires you to complete and sign before a notary a written form stating that you understand and will comply with the maximum occupancy. You must provide the completed form to the host on or before check in. Reach out to the host for a sample of the form if you wish to review it before booking. You must be 28 years old to book this home. Government issued ID required as proof. The booking guest has to be an occupant of the house for the entire duration of the stay. No hosting of events or gatherings of more than 15 people. This is a family-oriented, peaceful development. Outdoor cameras (video/audio) installed (directed at main door, driveway, gates and dock/lagoon) for security and protection of our home. Please do not touch or in any way tamper with them. Use of any amenities (on water or ground) is entirely at your own risk. Children must always be supervised. The backyard is fully fenced but there is only a spring lock and latch between the deck and the dock. There are no lifeguards. Home is multi-level, with many stairs and decks. There is an indoor tub, wood stove and a loft library that are not to be accessed. No pets allowed. However, we do have a dog that is at the house when guests are not. Guests with related allergies should be aware of this. No smoking of any kind (including vaping) within the premises (indoor and outdoor) You are responsible for any property damage or loss caused by you, your family or guests. Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced. o For boat or jetski owners. Please let me know if you plan to bring a boat or any motorized water toy before booking. You cannot bring a boat or any motorized water toy without getting an approval. Our waterfront/bulkhead is 72 ft with dock of 23 ft & adjacent deck of 16 ft and open space on either side of 13ft and 20ft (all approx.). The dock has cleats only. At the minimum, we require the boat to have bumper guards. By proceeding to book, you understand and agree to the above.

The house was beautiful and setup nicely for renters. Had everything we needed to enjoy! The lagoon is quiet which was nice, but easy access to the island!! Owners were fantastic! Communication was easy and they even left duck food since they knew we had children going! Would definitely recommend!

Everything was wonderful. Location was peaceful & relaxing. House was very clean & well equipped. Lots of extra things to do kayaking, paddle boarding, corn hole, fishing or just sitting back & enjoy the view. Would definitely stay again.

Quiet, clean and comfy place on a lagoon to enjoy kayaking, paddleboarding biking and with lbi just a short drive away a great place to enjoy the beach life too . Owners are easy to reach and were exceptionally accommodating!

The location was perfect, the house perfect, the amenities perfect, our holiday there was perfect. This is a truly wonderful place: the outside lagoon side is well designed and lends itself well to outside enjoyment. What's also wonderful is that so many rooms have sliding doors to that open out to the decks. The additional amenities (kayaks, bikes, SUP board and grill) really added something extra and made it feel more like home rather than just a rental. We all felt very comfortable and relaxed there.

We spent 4 beautiful days at this lovely house. It was very clean and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The decks were great. Kayaks , paddle board and corn hole kept my family entertained. The ocean was just a short drive away and the beach was perfect. Definitely a place to make wonderful memories!

We had such a lovely time at this house and would definitely go back! The location was great and the house itself was so clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The house provided so many amenities, including kayaks, paddleboards, bikes, corn hole, and beach passes. You can definitely tell the owners put a lot of time and effort into making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this luxurious super clean home! This house had all the amenities you would while being on vacation. My children and grand daughter loved the kayaks, bikes to ride and the use of the fire pit. MaryAnn had great communication, the check in/out process was very easy. We will definitely love to vacation her next summer!!

This property is located just a stones throw from LBI in a quiet neighborhood. This home is right on the lagoon and boasts many amenities such as kayaks, bikes, and cornhole to name a few. The house was clean upon arrival. A beautiful coffee bar is provided along with an ice machine. There are many seating options on all levels providing maximum convenience and comfort. You could eat dinner by the lagoon and sit around the fire in the evening. The hosts were readily available to answer any questions we had promptly. The little details in the "Under The Sea" room were so fun. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to cook with ease. Everything you need for a good time is provided in this home. I hope to visit again in the future. Thanks for a great stay!
