Arrival and check-in was a breeze, with clear instructions received from the hotel before arrival. Kitchenette was just sufficient for a comfortable stay, with supermarkets and grocery store just a short walk away.

Clean rooms and close to many shopping malls.

Very clean and nice facilities. Laundry is a great bonus.

Staff is nowhere to be found if there are any issues. Would like to have a number to call for issues or service.

the location was very good, with 2 tram line very close. some restaurants around (not too much) and two supermarkets very near.

The cleaning service was weird. They cleaned just once in 14 days, but a poster tells you that they will come frequently

Incompetent staff, Internet never worked, unprofessional and aggressive housekeeping, rubbish dump right by entrance, surrounded by noxious construction. Guests who look like vagrants doing drugs in the building.

The hotel is quiet and in quartier with all services. The room was clean and the bed and the bathroom really confortable. The staff was kind. Really good.
